Pelican's SnoBalls of Palmetto and Ice Cream — Restaurant in Palmetto

We first found out about this place through a friend and first visited over this past summer of 2021. We have 4 kiddos(one is an infant) though they all LOVE this place and ask daily to come here! I'm honesty VERY pleased with their varieties, customer service and overall place. The only thing I wish they could offer is a public restroom and possibly a small fenced in area for younger kiddos due to a road being so close to the building. However, that will NEVER stop us from coming here. I also want to give lots a gratitude towards the owner, very kind and always upbeat and if you want to ever try something "off menu", he's always got something special to offer! Absolutely love this place! 5 STARS!! Also, I want to had how supportive they are of military members. My husband currently serves and he's also given gratitude for his service!!

I have to add that they have no added some outside games for the kiddos and even the parents to join in and it's the first thing my kids run to when we get here. They have a life size connect 4 and a very large Jenga. My kiddos(8 and younger) all love the connect 4! We truly enjoy coming here...

I delivered a Doordash order to one of the young ladies who works here a few weeks ago. She was so delightful and kind, she offered me a couple of samples and of course I instantly knew I had to have a full size because it was so delicious! I told her that I had to run back to my car for my wallet but she insisted that it was on the house because they like to take care of their delivery drivers. Sweetheart, you have no idea how much I appreciate you and how badly I needed a break. Thank you for your kindness. I brought my husband back on his next day off and he loved it just as much as I did. We were served by the owner that time and he was just as kind. Talk about a hidden gem. First things first when he showed us the ice magic. Talk about mind blown. So soft and yet consistent nothing i have ever seen or witnessed from any icee or snow cone. I bit off more than I could chew with the Avalanche but it was more than worth it. So many flavors to choose from you can go there every week and enjoy a new flavor from their menu (had the dinosaur by the way massive recommendation). The only bad thing I can say is that the location is slightly hidden. This place deserves to be in the lime light. But i'm grateful for where it is now. If you haven't been go.
