Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Palmetto

Not a good experience. Will NEVER order from pizza hut again!!! I ALWAYS order from Dominos and I have learned my lesson. Tonight we ordered 2 large pizzas, one being a chicken bbq with pineapple, barely any toppings and not sure where the sauce is, cant even taste it, thin crust and is so hard and cold to boot. I ordered a 4pk of 20oz sodas they bring me a 2ltr. I called them as I have no intentions of paying $5 for a 2ltr of soda. They offer to send me another 2 ltr stating they were out of 20oz sodas. That is not what I paid for or agreed to purchase. And if that was the case, why did they not send the 2nd 2 ltr at delivery time? I am guessing they hoped I wouldn’t notice and/or let it go. They offered to send me 4 20oz of another kind, an hour later, still waiting for our soda to drink with our dinner that was delivered cold. The pizza looks like it has sat there for quite some time prior to delivery. They want to exchange the 2 ltr they left here for the 4 20oz sodas (still waiting for) my opinion is they should have at least said “keep the 2 ltr” I am not normally petty but come on! Damn near $40 for a dinner that is not worth eating and NOTHING to try and wash it down with! I DO NOT recommend ordering from here. I would have rather ate a bologna sandwich! To which we may end up eating instead. they do not care about the reviews or how the customer feels. ill stick with dominos. what has hurt them is i throw a lot of events with my foundation and we order 20-30 pizzas for them for those who attend. my attendees will not be eating pizza hut that...

Called last night at 6:45 ordered a pizza and wanted it delivered. At 8:22 we get a text your orde has been canceled please call this number to find out what happened. We called 6 times each time we nicely explained what happen they would say please hold and just hang up. When we called it would say your order is completed and delivered but we never got it.. one guy said I don't know about your payment this isn't pizza hut.. good try but when you call it says thank you for calling pizza hut would you like to know the specials before we connect you. We could not believe he actually thought that was the best solution... Finally after an hour we got to someone NOT at the location with pizza hut they said they were out of our order. Okay an explanation and refund would have worked but just hanging up on up many time then saying it isn't pizza hut? Come on. We need to work on some training and basic customer service here. Won't fall for that...

Because they know how to cook my pizza order "extra" crispy. I have been to other locations in the area and this one is the best. They are friendly & cook my pizza the way I like. They are not the closest but they are the best of all locations so it is worth the less convenient trip.

However I DO NOT like the decreased opportunity to place notes with my order. 10 digits is not enough space to make comments when ordering.

Update: how pathetic. Order was wrong. I stood around alone up front while the manager& staff did something in the back. The most attentive employee appeared to be new. This has been my pizza hut of choice for 3 years but is going to change if this is the new norm at this location. I should have gotten a pic of the good employee but all I took were the losers...
