They have a sign posted in the front for people not to park in front, which I totally understand. However I was just stopping to place my order and I was going to leave and run an arron plus I had my two babies in the car so I parked in front of the business next to theirs that seemed closed. I get off and the 1st thing out of the gentleman's mouth is (you cant park there) okay I understand but than I informed him of my two babies in the car, mind you they weren't even busy AT ALL. He seemed cool and said okay, but than a female in the back talks loudly stating what is written on the sign I than explain to her I was just placing an order and I had babies in the car she goes (I know I know I am just talking to myself) ummm girl no you were not and that was just very unprofessional. Thannnnn I get a young little girl at the register ready to take my order with the ugliest attitude everrrrrrr. I instantly just say never mind I will not order here. And walked out.    Read moreLet me start by saying the front desk girl Israelett was mumbling on the phone, stating she couldn't understand the order and kept huffing and puffing, showing no patience. When we arrived , no one checked or asked us what we were there for. We waited for over 5 minutes and probably longer as she chose to skip over us and take the 2nd person that came into the store. She proceeded to almost give our order to the wrong person and finally decided to acknowledge that we were there before this other lady. We checked the order to find soggy old fries, and the wings were not extra crispy, as we had previously emphasized. We proceeded to tell them they were not crispy as we asked, and the girl took everything back abruptly and dropped the fries all over the counter and register. They created more work for the people in the kitchen. Instead of trying to understand the customer and doing things right, they showed no interest.    Read moreI ordered online and picked up my food. When I got there and told them my name they said it would be done around when it would have been.
A little while after they said it would be done it was finished and I drove away. After I had to correct them about the drink.
When I got home I noticed we were missing the fries. I was mad I overlooked it in the bag. I called to explain that they were missing and that I was too far to drive back and would like it refunded. I was told that no refunds allowed. After making sure they knew I did not want a whole refund, just got the missing item I heard the manager say no in the background.
I understand things happen and sometimes things get overlooked, but after calling and explaining the service and attitude was unacceptable.
If it was refunded, like it should, I would have gone back in the future....
