Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Palmhurst

Been ordering here for a few months since the location opened up. They were always hit and miss with the pizza coming out as I ordered it but yesterday at 11:13pm we ordered a pizza with extra sauce and it looked as if I ordered it the opposite way with light sauce. I live 10 minutes away from the location but my fiancée picked it up around 11:40pm or so and took 15 minutes to realize the pizza wasn't made correctly so by that time they had about closed. I thought I'd just call the next day and they'd make things right.

Today I call and they pretty much told me tough luck and that I should have come in last night as their policy is you need to come in the day you order. After some back and forth they said they had no order by the number and name I gave (which is on the receipt) and I'd have to order and pay for a new pizza. I still had the receipt and pizza from yesterday so I went in to the store and showed them how it wasn't made as I had ordered it. It was only until they saw the pizza in person did they say I could get a replacement and even then they said nothing was wrong with the pizza.

I ordered last week at this Domino’s and the manager was absolutely nice and understanding. I placed the order at the wrong Domino’s and she went out of her way to help me out to find it. Turns out that the order was at another domino’s it was further away and it was already closing time. She offered to make my order even when it was almost closing time! I apologized, but she was being super understanding. My order was made fast! Whoever is managing this store great job!

I also went by yesterday to place another order she was there again. She and one employee was the only ones on shift but they were fast! Which reminded me to make this review! Definitely recommend...

My recent orders haven’t been coming out great. Even when I used my points for a free pizza. The pizza sucked. I love dominos, but recently it just sucks.
