Burger King — Restaurant in Palmyra

Disclaimer: I am only one person, so others may have had a different experience(s).

I enjoyed my multiple visits to thus Burger King in Palmyra/Newport Maine. As soon as you Order it only takes at least 2 maybe 3 minutes for you to get the order, however if they are swamped (busy with drive-thru & in store customers) it might take around 5 to 10 minutes, however I've never really been bothered by that. Definitely recommend the Whopper as it is one of my favorite sandwitches, with a side of fries and a drink of Cola. 10/10 location. I might end up going back once again to try one of the recently new added burgers on the menu. Speaking about the menu, it's very easy to read. Restrooms are easy to use and comfortable. Fountain drinks are easy to grab, as so with the salt, ketchup...

Please be checking all food Temps before serving food. Today I grabbed a few items around 11:30 so i could take my medications. Only food I ate all day and within a half hour I was vomiting, having severe diarrhea and chest pains. Went straight home to projectile puking. Went to express care which they infact diagnosed me with food poisoning. So either A) please have safe food handling, don't cross contaminate anything or B) keep an eye on Temps for things either undercooked or left out to long.

To prevent this from happening again. I have never had food poisoning in my life. This was a first & I pray to God last.

Please be well aware of all items your serving to people before sending them out the window.

I love burger King but this honestly makes me not ever want...

I want to give a huge shout out to the day crew working on Thursday 2/9/23. My son was in a very bad situation. He had nowhere to go & very little money. The crew working that day showed him kindness & understanding. All while dealing with a family dispute between customers. The interactions he had in that restaurant that day gave him back some of the faith he had lost in humanity & some of the confidence in himself that had been destroyed. I live in Las Vegas. I couldn't get to him & I was terrified for my son. But the compassion people in Newport showed him, gave me the peace of mind that I desperately needed. As of 11:10am ET today, he's on his way home! Thank you again...
