We came to try bagels at this place, mostly because of good reviews. The place is truly nice: a small shop with cozy interior - a couple of tables, plenty of Brooklyn photos on the walls; outside a bunch of colorful chairs and tables with unbrellas. There was a moderate queue in the shop, one can also order outside using screens. We ordered two filled bagels (one with dried tomatoes spread, another - Pac-Man), paid around 14 usd. We were waiting for around 5-10 minutes for our order. By the way, there is other food in the shop - a lot of sweet pastry and even pizza. The order came rather fast. Everything was packed in paper, no plastic, which I truly appreciated. The bagels were fresh and tasty, tomato paste was perhaps not what I expected, but the sesame bagel was truly nice. I absolutely recommend this place.

Delicious bagel sandwiches along with a variety of traditional NY bagels accoutrements. Ordered a half dozen of the day old bagels, a tray of bagel chips, and the Hulk's Protein Pack bagel sandwich. Everything here tasted great. The day old bagels were nice and chewy but still soft and pliable. The bagel chips had a lovely crunch and good seasoning. Finally the Hulk's Protein Pack had a delicious cheese, avocado, salmon, egg combination. The only downside for this location is the price. When looking at the Hulk's Protein Pack breakfast sandwich on Doordash, it's $8.95 before taxes and fees for pickup. This is not a large sandwich and is not enough for a full meal, just a light breakfast snack. Service is quick although crowded on weekend mornings especially during the farmer's market on Sundays.

service was ok and i am not sure whether put enough cheese on the bagle as there is crowd they tend to finish the job as quick as possible as the bagel i had in the interval of 30 minutes the cheese qty on the bagle was less and there was crowd . On the food the sundries bagel with vegetable cheese , bagle was hard and the small qty of cheese in it was good . Bourekas ( potato ) was good . i had one without heating and other after heating , the one after the heating was good . The coffee was exceptionally nice and strong. There was Burrito was also there as breakfast and we had ordered 2 of them and i am told it was good . 4 bagels , 2 butitoo 2 hamentashen and 3 Bourekas it cost us USD 49

I'd been wanting to try a lox sandwich and decided today was the day. I compared prices at several shops, and drove more out of my way to try Izzy's because of the Google review rating. Well, they apparently don't have much respect for walk up customers, because the price for the sandwich at the self order kiosk is $2 more than the online price. They also suggest a 25% tip, which seems to be standard practice for any food related service these days.

I also ordered a bag of day old bagels, which are described as "assortment varies." I was a bit surprised to receive all blueberry, as I'd been expecting and would have preferred a variety. I guess that's open for misinterpretation, and I would suggest clarifying the language for future patrons. The bagels tasted day old, as expected, but they will freeze nicely, and taste fresh enough once toasted.

Service was fairly prompt and my name was called over an outdoor speaker. The shop is small and narrow with a few tables and a counter with stools.

As far as the lox sandwich goes, it was fine, but I have nothing to compare it to. The combo bagel tasted quite good, and I imagine I would have preferred just that with cream cheese, but based on my overall experience, I don't feel a...

Just rating in regards to being kicked out of izzy’s due to my service animal. This morning I went to Izzy’s bagel with a friend and brought my service dog. I was yelled at by the owner who is an extremely rude and passive aggressive lady with an accent and thick black glasses. She did NOT believe I had an emotional support animal as he was not wearing the vest, my dog has a skin condition so he is unable to wear the vest I explained that scanning his bar code is on his collar will bring up his forms and she did not believe me and would not allow me to show her proof. This is absolutely disgusting!!! What has happened to the Bedford Community?? My family has been going to Izzy’s ever since they opened and I have never been so disrespected like this in my life. I have this service dog due to the tragic death of my twin brother Noah Latimer, my service dog is assigned to me for PTSD and anxiety surrounding social settings. I have all the proper documentation for my dog to accompany me in establishments and have never come into a problem before. very disappointed. Will not...

Stepping into Izzy's, I was greeted by the warm aroma of freshly baked bagels, setting the stage for an unforgettable culinary experience. From the moment I took my first bite, I knew I had stumbled upon a gem in the heart of Palo Alto.

Each bagel boasted a perfect balance of chewiness and density, with a satisfying crust that gave way to a pillowy-soft interior. The variety of flavors offered, from classic sesame to inventive everything, ensured there was something to tantalize every palate.

But it wasn't just the bagels that impressed me; it was the dedication to quality and tradition evident in every aspect of the bakery. The staff's passion for their craft shone through in their meticulous attention to detail and friendly service, creating an atmosphere that felt like coming home.

Whether you're a longtime bagel aficionado or a newcomer to the world of kosher delights, Izzy's is a must-visit destination. Prepare to embark on a journey of taste and tradition that will leave you craving more...
