Let me start by saying Burger King is my favorite fast-food place; when a Whopper is made well there's nothing else like it, and I find them to be delicious. Sadly, however, that is far from the case here - in fact, it's some of the worst food I have ever had the displeasure to eat. My review here is brutally honest, and factual as to the particulars of my meal: I ordered a double whopper meal (with fries and a Coke) with extra pickles and onion, plus onion rings, and an original chicken sandwich with lettuce, tomato, extra pickles, extra onions, and mayo. The Whopper was completely plain - it literally had nothing on it - let alone the extras I ordered! The chicken sandwich had only cheese on it. But the thing I found kind of unsettling was that both the Whopper and chicken sandwich tasted off; the chicken sandwich was so incredibly salty that I suspect it had been sitting in the with the fries, and so kept getting salted as one batch after another was poured in the chicken patty. It was also very chewy, like it had been dehydrated (again, from sitting our for who knows how long). The burger buns for my Whopper were clearly quite stale, and the patties themselves again tasted 'off' - I suspect these too, were sitting out for a very long time after being made. If I had to guess, I'd say this location is not abiding by the 'hold and discard time schedule' - in order to save money on loss, they're letting their food sit, quite possibly for hours. When I was in my teens I worked for Burger King, and trained employees at 5 other restaurants on how to make chicken sandwiches and fish sandwiches properly. I actually think in this case the employees aren't using the timed fry process for the chicken patties - as mine seemed to be very, very over-fried. Anyway, I was hungry and ate around 1/4 of the Whopper before discarding it as my body wouldn't let me swallow it for some reason, and I took around 4 bites of the chicken sandwich (which I had to chew for like, 5 minutes), and when I swallowed it I immediately burped the taste of the food back up around 5 times in a row - I think my body was saying, "don't eat this". Again, besides being so salty it tasted like someone spilled a salt shaker on it, it had a funky, off-taste. I wonder if these guys are changing the fry oil and cleaning out the fryers, etc. I would avoid eating at this location as I suspect their food prep and kitchen cleanliness standards standards are poor at best, but most likely I think they're doing only the minimum of what they need to in order to ensure they can keep making food. My conclusion: This location needs to suspend service, bring in new management, and retrain the workers who are following the rules and get rid of the others. The company may want to consider pulling the owner's franchise certification until they too, attend a training program and have proven they know what the Burger King...
Read moreWe came here because of the Whoppers. And we have the mobile app to order which helps save with rewards deals and convenience. Every time it is 20-30 minute wait for 1 or 2 burgers not a big order. And no other cars ahead or behind... One would think it is because theyre making it fresh but id say about 80% of the time this is a let down location. For the night customers... At night it is consistent... consistently awful. Long wait times but not a reason, with very little customers. Incorrect orders, missing items, small servings, and overly salty fries. Ignorant attitudes if you need something. I asked for a receipt today, daytime, and they all walked away from the window, huddled by the inside register, trying to figure out. I left after waiting 5 minutes for the receipt, people were getting upset behind me in drive thru. Today 9/12 I call to express my concern about an order on 9/10. And I get hung up on, and then they put the phone off the hook to avoid me calling back. They need to rectify. Says to bring the food back. Nah I gave the hamburger to my daughter for lunch the next day, that eats meat, we dont waste food. Franchise owner/manager: Clearly you're in the business of taking money but not providing correct orders. Clearly you have no respect in serving food. Most of all, clearly you love wasting people's time. Fast food is supposed to be convenient. This location is SO inconvenient I am going out of my way now to go to a different location. Yall are adults acting like youre 5 years old putting an order together. This isn't anyone's fault but your own. Stop acting like servicing customers is inconvenient. Youre at the wrong job then. Customers in this area, would all support/applause when it closes down for then the misery would be over for us all. 1 good day doesnt mean much. Consistency is what real management should focus on and treating customers like they are ypur neighbor. Give ypur neighbor old food not paying customers.Customers pay for a service and there is NO SERVICE and OLD FOOD. 9/10: I ordered 8 Pc jalapeño bites on 9/10. I received 3 and 1 cheddar tot. Not 8 jalapeño bites. But what really got me was that I order an Impossible whopper and received a regular whopper IN AN IMPOSSIBLE WRAPPER, which ruined my dinner and my night. My bf eats meat so I had him confirm. So for dinner I had to eat 3 bites and the chocolate piece of pie that I got with rewards. I deserved a meal i ordered. A burger that was correctly made and what I paid for. Serving meat to a plant based customer is unethical and spiteful, get out of food service if you dont care about the customers. Period. IF YOU DONT EAT MEAT STAY AWAY THEY ARE IGNORANT and WILL GIVE YOU REGULAR MEAT. Very sad that the only correct item in order was something...
Read moreDate of Occurrence: July 19th (Tuesday)/2022 Time: 11PM I wanted to get some BK for about a week, I went there on Sunday prior to this date and they were closed at 8PM for no disclosed reason, anyhow so I Googled the hours the restaurant is open on Tuesday the 19th and it said it is open until Midnight on this particular day, I also called the location at about 10:50pm, someone picked up, I asked if they're open until Midnight to confirm to which the person said they are, so I hopped in the car and made my trip there. I arrive at 11:03pm, go through the Drive-Thru and wait at the Ordering Board, nobody answers, I wait a few minutes, nothing, I take out my phone and call, someone picked up and you can hear they place the phone down and press the hook switch, it's an old "trick" to stop people from calling the phone anymore. So I call again and as thought, the phoneline is "busy" now, call again, same thing, I then approach the cashier window and see the lights are on in the whole place, but nobody is there, the guy basically hid somewhere and avoided working, I went through the Drive-Thru again and no answer again, I gave up and left. This type of Customer Service is unbelievably pathetic. I called this location couple days later and complained to the "Manager", he just took my name and phone number and said someone will reach out, and no one did! This location clearly has issues with Management and Customer Service. I am contacting Corporate because someone higher up needs to know what is going on there.
