placed an order online, and when I received it, everything was mislabeled. I called to explain the situation, but the lady on the phone couldn’t understand me and kept insisting my order was correct, reading it off as it appeared in the system. I asked to speak to someone else, but she told me no one would be available until tomorrow. Frustrated, I went back in person to resolve the issue. When I explained the problem, she became upset because we had already taken a bite out of the food. We showed her that the label said it was a chicken burrito, but it was actually a steak burrito with with beans. We should have paid attention to the reviews regarding bland food. We ordered several tacos and everything we tried was bland.

The customer service was not great. We were not greeted and we were the only customers there. We placed our order for take out and when we got home we were missing items. When we called the restaurant they said if we still wanted the tacos we already paid for. We had to travel back to pick up missing items and the effort was not worth it.

Some of my pet peeves with Mexican restaurants that claim "authenticity" is the lack of having a menu that shows the item names in Spanish. Oftentimes the English translation doesn't match the Mexican food item due to regional food diversity.

I used to go to this restaurant multiple times a week when they first opened. I referred people to this restaurant. I stopped going because the service started to decline. When you go on Taco Tuesday their register never discounts the tacos. I alway have to ask for the special to be applied to my bill. When I went today the cashier couldn't figure out how to charge $2 for the taco so the management stated the tacos are now $2.50 on Tuesday. That's very unprofessional and not good customer service.
