Dunkin' — Restaurant in Palos Township

I'd give them ZERO stars if that was an option but I feel like the idiot for being stupid enough to keep going back, this last time will be the very last forever though. I live in the area and have been here about 6 times, but every time gets worse than the last and the ONLY reason I ever come is because nothing else is open, MY mistake. ABSOLUTELY MY MISTAKE. I don't know who does the hiring and why this particular location is still open but it seems like a bunch of drunk and high teenagers are "running" the place. They have NEVER gotten an order of mine right, not once. What an idiot am I for having faith that in the past couple years MAYBE they'll get it right once, I have too much faith in people. My Husband and I went to get a breakfast sandwich and donuts this morning and they said they had no milk for his donuts and then the "breakfast sandwich" I left with was 6 small bags wet LITERALLY uncooked RAW bacon, and not full strips but little pieces of bacon...I didn't look into my bag to check until after we left bc we waited SO long for our food (mind You the drive through menu wasn't working so we had to come in bc I don't memorize the menu and were in a super hurry for work) but the people inside were swearing and acting like they were having a party, ignoring us and a couple other customers...I just wanted to leave and get our food and on with our day. After hearing a couple of them swearing and laughing up a storm in the back, whatever they gave me was obviously a joke on their part or maybe they're just THAT high?!! Whatever the case may be I SERIOUSLY would advise everyone against this specific location, NOT ONCE have they ever gotten my order right and I feel like they care so little that if I keep going here they're gonna poison me or at the very least spit in my food. I don't say this jokingly bc the attitude they ALL have is disgusting but I've been too nice and timid to say anything, not this time! I don't post reviews unless a place is THIS bad or really good and I'm absolutely disgusted at what just happened. I threw away all the food and don't even have time to go back and ask for a refund but I'd be happier if this place just closed down and they opened up something different in this spot. Yes it's THAT bad....

I ordered OTG Curbside, waited for my order which did not take long at all. The reason I am giving DD 1 star is because the person who came to my vehicle with my order, did not greet me, did not say good morning, did not say hi, hello, how are you, etc.. He/She just simply extended their arm out with the bag in hand, I took the bag and they walked away. (I could not see the person's face because of the mask) I mean, is it too much to ask for professionalism, kindness, even at DD? I am sick and tired of people making excuses for people who do not deliver good or even basic customer service. If you are unhappy about your job, unhappy about how your employer is treating you, unhappy about your salary or hourly rate, do not LIKE TO WORK WITH THE PUBLIC, then exit STAGE LEFT!! The owner or manager of this particular location should speak to their staff about how to treat their customers or better yet take some tips from CHIK-FI-LA!!! Then again, this type of behavior is probably acceptable by the manager/owner but I...

DO NOT work here. They STEAL TIPS. Have stolen tips multiple times, the management was aware of EMPLOYEES stealing them(& know who does it) with NO punishment or even offered to fix the stolen tip problem. A couple employees loved to talk about how they HATE WHITE PEOPLE(100% truth). This place is a disgrace. The wife gave two weeks notice & stayed a month cause of desperate management. She thankfully got a MUCH better job out of the food industry. She went to collect her final check & instead of getting her tip money, she was given a written notice about leaving mid week cause she found a job.... She gave them a month..... Oh, that tip money was apparently divided up without her included & was told to bad. What an AWFUL place to work. So glad she is FINALLY out of this racist restaurant. Now onto the BBB, NEVER...
