I’ve been to jJuilianni’s a handful of times and ordered their famous famous delicious Lemon chicken. In the past when I’ve ordered this dish I have been told by the waitresses kindly that it comes with rice and I’ve asked for a substitute of pasta. The waitress was more than happy to accommodate. And I wanted extra cheese and said let me ask the chef. She comes back and says not a problem. And that was that the dish was brought to me and it was delicious!!! I even called the waitress over and said to thank the chef and the thank you and that it was delicious piping hot and just really really good ! Today on the other hand I get a waitress who refused to accommodate my order. I asked her for the lemon chicken she said it comes with rice you “know that right” and I’m like yeah but in the past, I’ve ordered it with pasta OK do you want it baked? I don’t know. I’ve never been asked that question if I wanted it baked I just want pasta with extra cheese and I usually get it, but this waitress kept insisting that it doesn’t come with cheese Then the manager also insisted that it doesn’t come with cheese. I asked her can you please talk to the chef to see if he can accommodate? Chef Have ideas on what customers are asking for just please go talk to the chef and ask him what choices cheeses can he add? The manager responded you want me to go to the back and ask the chef I can’t do that ma’am. So I took a walk to ask the chef. this not a five star Michelin restaurant it’s delicious yes but I talk to the chef and he talk to me and he said yes we do put either mozzarella or Parmesan bingo!!! There’s my answer. Please add extra Parmesan but the waitress nor the manager wanted to serve us and kick us out and said they were gonna call the police Now good management style and good waitress style would’ve stopped and said you know what let me go. talk to the chef to find out if we can put or what other type of cheese we have simply good service and that’s all I was asking was for you to ask the chef Waitress, and the manager were horrible horrible horrible service. See the photo of the Parmesan...
Read moreSomeone recommended this place to me to order lunch for my team. I called and asked whether there were any specials; the guy (Bill) said yes, you order an extra large pizza, and you get a free small cheese pizza. Okay, I ordered TWO XL pizzas, thinking I would get TWO small cheese pizzas. The order came, and I gave the guy 100.00 as my bill was 93 and some change. We get to the lunch room to open the big bag and boxes, and NO SMALL Pizzas. I called the driver back, thinking it was the restaurant he put the manager on the phone. I hear him in the background being RUDE," why is she calling your cell" He gets on the phone and say yes, I will send it right over. AN hour and 1/2 pass, and I call back and speak to (Bill) who acts like we didn't just have the conversation TWICE about the free pizza. He proceeded to ask me if I remembered who had taken my order. I said yes, it was you, he said; I don't remember us discussing the special after he "Sigh" on the phone like I was getting on his nerves about a pizza that was to be delivered the first time. After helping him realize our conversation and letting him know that my team lunch was almost over, he said, " Okay, I will send it right over. After all that, the receptionist brings me ONE small pizza instead of TWO. The pizza was so small it could be labeled as a personal pizza. First and last time spending money at this place. I wasted 93.00 for lousy customer service. No...
Read moreThis is a gem where I am pleasantly surprised with. I was told Jets pizza was a very good pizza. I recently tried them with expectations and I felt it fell, with my perception a step above Papa John's. This pizza on the other hand, is what I thought Jets would be. Understand, Jets pizza is very light. Little material is used and you know it when you walk from the store. Julianni's is the complete opposite. For the same price you get way more pizza for the money, yet it has a unique taste that's authentic from my favorite beggars pizza. I don't always write reviews, but this place highly deserves it. My wife who is an extremely tough critic liked it also. My first order, she refused to eat any because she don't like to take risk. She took a chance a second time and she fell in love. There is huge value that beats beggars in terms of price to pizza quality. Yet it's authentic taste and crust is also a winner. I'm reviewing their thin crust, with toppings such as mushrooms, ground beef, onions, garlic, while my wife ate sausage, pineapples, also with onions, and mushrooms. Also restaurant is always full so that's a...
