I frequent this place often since I work nearby. At first the product was unmatched. The smoothie bowls and crunch cup are always spot on…so I thought. I think a new young lady is making the bowls and they’re TERRIBLE. Smoothies have a consist of water. The crunch cups that I have purchased recently are all watery. Can’t even see the granola because the dragon fruit is soaking it up…and that’s at the time of purchase not after sitting. I’m assuming this young lady has had no training. The owner is aware. Stated that she has received several complaints. Nothing has changed. I’ve literally pulled off when I see that this is the person making the orders. I honestly love this place. They have gluten free and dairy free options. I don’t eat either but I can still go and get a refreshing tea or a tasty coffee protein packed drink. Or a smoothie bowl. And they’re so visually appealing. Some drinks are SO pretty it’s insane. Also their staff is amazing. So nice and always listen to our dietary restrictions. I go almost every Saturday after the gym.
