The few times that I've been here the staff have been so welcoming, they're so patient and will answer any questions to make sure I get the drink I want at the sweetness that I'm craving for that day. The girl on the register is so nice!:) the guys in the back are also super nice! I don't know their names but there was (I think the girl called him laith?sorry if thats wrong!) One time one of my drinks was stronger in coffee than I thought (my mistake i didn't know what a shaken espresso was and I didn't ask so i didn't know it was mostly coffee in the cup 😭😭😭) and he was super nice and understanding, we tried adding a little more milk and a little more sweetener but it was still too strong for me so he suggested the toasted cinnamon and it was amazing! One of the best coffees I've ever had! (I also didn't know the difference between iced coffee and iced latte the first time I went but the girl in the front explained it so now I know what to say when I go places:)!) One thing I'll say is that they don't always have the same desserts but I was told they're still in their soft opening so it makes sense, I just wish there was a bit more consistency but hopefully that will change once they're fully open. (Absolutely loved the lotus cheesecake and the chocolate cake pops!!!) As for the drinks, I recommend the mango passionfruit and the toasted cinnamon latte (I have a sweet tooth so keep that in mind) my sister got the chocolate strawberry latte and my mom got a hot chai and they were all very good. Very accommodating place with most of the staff speaking Spanish, English and Arabic:))))
Read moreThis is one of those coffee shops that focus on the atmosphere and ambiance rather than the quality of the drinks. I ordered an ube matcha and a mango pastry. The ube matcha didn’t taste like anything. Little hint of bitterness from what I presume is from the matcha but other than that just the plain taste of milk. I didn’t taste any ube at all. The mango pastry was literally just whipped cream and the chocolate coating and barely anything else filled in and not to mention $15. If I’m going to pay $15 for a pastry, I want layers or something that’s worth my money. The friend that I was with didn’t like her latte as well and she ordered 2 different ones to try and give it a chance but still nonetheless the quality of the espresso was just not it. While the place is absolutely beautiful, it really is unfortunate that the looks are deceiving and I hope this place turns around and starts serving better quality and actual tasting drinks to go alongside the environment. I don’t know if I’ll be...
Read moreReally enjoyed the space. unlike any other coffee shop in the area. Two floors and conference rooms but you have to rent them for $20 an hour! That’s crazy. We also ordered a honey iced latte and they didn’t melt the honey so it just stuck the sides of the cup on my iced drink. When we told them the drink wasn’t sweet because the honey wasn’t melted and just stuck on the sides of the plastic, they said the honey was just meant for decoration…ummm I paid extra for honey so that it could be sweetened with honey!! Not because I liked the look of it on the sides of the cup.
The drink was very mid unfortunately. Can’t say I was impressed
The staff seemed confused when I was explaining but tried to fix it. Young kids, definitely need supervising with someone more experienced. 3 stars because of the ambiance and they were overall nice but needs...
