Despite these worthless responses from the owner, it's clear that no real action has been taken. Empty promises without follow-through mean nothing if they don't result in actual improvements. ZmZm Sweets continues to disappoint with their lack of commitment to resolving these ongoing issues. Customers deserve better, and this business needs to deliver on their word.

If you're looking for an exceptional treat like Dubai Chocolate for a special celebration, stay far away from ZmZm Sweets. My recent experience was beyond frustrating and disappointing, leaving me with nothing but regret.

Late Delivery: I ordered well in advance for my son’s birthday, only for the chocolates to arrive significantly late, missing the big day and leaving us scrambling for an alternative. Wrong Order: I specifically requested Dubai Chocolate Bars but received chocolate hearts instead. Having to explain this mix-up to my wife was a headache I could have done without. Overcharged: To make things worse, I was shorted over $20 worth of chocolate. What I paid for and what I received were completely different, leaving me feeling utterly cheated. Trying to resolve this issue was a nightmare. When I called the store, the staff told me they had nothing to do with the online store and directed me to send an email. I followed up, but as expected, I got no response. When I called back to explain my situation, I was met with a dismissive attitude and was even hung up on.

For a product like Dubai Chocolate, which should feel luxurious and special, this was an unacceptable experience. ZmZm Sweets doesn’t care about its customers and lacks the professionalism to handle premium products.

Zero stars would be more appropriate for this lackluster and unreliable business. If you want an experience that’s worth your money, don’t waste your time here.

Came in on a whim after pumping gas next door and noticing the large crowds. I quickly skimmed google reviews/yelp and can understand where the mixed feelings come from. When you walk in there’s a stand that looks like a cashier, there was a young guy who looked at me and carried on his business until I asked hey where do I start? He pointed towards the sweets and onward I went. There are two signs up above that state “order here” so I simply stood behind the already formed line to wait my turn. There was a man and woman tending to people in line but once it was my turn they just didn’t take my order. Suddenly a random guy comes up to me (i thought he was ordering with the group in front of me) and starts talking to me, at first I thought he thought I was someone he recognized because he kept speaking Arabic to me. I explained I do not speak Arabic, he then walks me out of the line and gives me some coffe (which was a really nice gesture) but we can’t understand each other so he takes me to another young guy who apparently spoke English but wasn’t willing to engage me, so then he starts talking to another guy and due to the language barrier i wasn’t able to inquire much so I just opted for the knafeh. Language barrier aside I think placing an order, getting your order and paying was just way too much back and fourth. With that said the random guy who gave me coffee was really sweet and was genuinely trying to help me, did he work there? Who knows! Once I got home I had lowered my expectations to zero but was pleasantly surprised at how delectable the knafeh was. It was light with a perfect amount of crisp topping and not overwhelmingly sweet like some Turkish desserts can be. One slice cost...
