Worst customer service ever, called the first time they put my on hold for 10 minutes and then forgot about me and kept the line opened, finally I got a hold of them and ordered 2 of the $20 knafah trays with extra cheese, so they told me that they have to charge me $5 extra on each tray for the cheese which I told them I'm more than happy to pay as long as I get what I ordered. The girl told me it will take 30 minutes to be ready, so I told her it shouldn't be a problem since for me to get there, it will take me about 20 minutes. I get there to pay she tells me that the owner said not to charge me for the extra cheese, so I knew something must be wrong, because I'm an Arab and I know my people, they never give discounts unless something went wrong, so I asked to see my order to check it, and just as I though, it was wrong because it barely had any cheese. So not only they wasted my time, and had me drive for 20 minutes to get my order, they also were too cheap to make a new order with extra cheese since they forgot to put the cheese on the order, and they also tried to have me walk away with it without being honest and telling me that they messed up the order. So just like anyone should do, I walked away, went to a different place called Prince Sweets and got what I initially wanted. In conclusions, this place lost a customer that was spending $50 a week in revenue just because they decided to be cheap, unprofessional, and dishonest! Keep up the same mentality, and you will be out of business...
Read moreUnfortunately, this was a very disappointing experience. We had ordered the kunafa for a family get together and everyone was excited about it being the star of the show. To start off, the kunafa was drowning and overflowing with syrup and spilled all over the car. There was barely any cheese or smeed to absorb the syrup. The flavors were not balanced it was like overkill with the syrup and too sweet. The cheese had a hard and yellow consistency. The guests were disappointed and kept asking where we got the kunafa from, most of them ended up not finishing or throwing it away. We felt embarrassed to be serving it to our guests. Normally, I do not write bad reviews, and I like to resolve the issue with the owner. When I went to the store to explain the problem, the owner was extremely rude and lacked any common sense or knowledge about customer service and customer satisfaction. He talked down to me and refused to offer a refund or something in exchange. The kunafa was disappointing but the way that I was disrespected and treated as a customer was even more disappointing. I will not return this place again. They do not know how to...
Read moreI visit this place every once in a while the last time I came was over seven months ago. Their desserts are great, but unfortunately, the staff’s attitude can be disappointing.
Today When I walked in and started asking about the differences between the options, one of the employees gave me a nasty look and said, “You always come here and ask the same questions. You ask too much. I remember you well you came seven months ago and asked the exact same things. I have a very strong memory.”
If her memory is that strong, maybe she should use it for something more useful than making unnecessary comments. Am I, as a customer, expected to remember every single item they offer? And if there are new options, should I just order without asking? This kind of attitude is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. As a paying customer, I have every right to ask questions before deciding what to buy.
In the end, I lost interest in ordering anything more, so I just got a piece of kunafa and left. I hope the owner takes notice because their food is great, but this kind of service definitely makes me not want to come back if I have to deal...
