was not highly satisfied with this experience, although the location itself is usually a great one. I placed my mobile order, went through he drive thru. The woman at the speaker sounded kind of angry but I paid no mind to it and said "Mobile order" I pull up to the window, say hi as my drink is handed to me followed by thank you. The cashier gave a strange look & did not respond verbally. Then once my food was ready, she opened the window, shoved the bag into my hand, I then again said "Thank you" She did not say a word in response and slammed the window shut. I checked my bag and noticed the requested sauces were missing. I tried getting her attention, she looked at me, then looked away. An employee behind her noticed her refusal to acknowledge me, opened the window and asked how she could help. I simply said "Can I please get BBQ sauce, then followed it with - you know that other woman is really rude and shoved the bag in my hand for no reason" She gave me a look of sorrow & handed me my items and wished me a good night. The cashier "Aaliyah" stood right next to her, refusing to look my way. Absolute bizarre encounter from a usually great Wendy's. I would not usually take the time to take a survey, or write to corporate, but I left there feeling disrespected when I was just trying to grab my meal and be on my way. The rudeness & lack of customer service from the one employee had me pull off with a bad taste in my mouth. There was no kind of confrontation or argument of any kind so I am clueless on why she was was so rude, then to top it off shove the bag into my hands. Really just a bad experience with one bad apple at a great location so I figured the least I should do is voice my concern because it is that type of rudeness that drives customers away for good. Aside from the complaint, I have been a regular customer here for over 10 years & think the location is otherwise...
Ā Ā Ā Read morePlace an order through the mobile app at 11:00 p.m. and the app says the inside pickup order was available to 12:00 a.m. I ordered ahead of time because I was in the truck you cannot fit through the drive-thru. When I got to the restaurant I want to go to the front door and it was locked kept knocking on would even look. I called the restaurant and they said that they would not bring out the order to the door that I had to go through the drive-thru I told them that I was in a truck and then I would not fit to my knowledge and they said just pull up to the window on the outside Lane and they would take care of me I sat there for almost a half an hour while they let six different cars go through without making any eye contact or acknowledgment to me sitting right outside of the window. I then just cut my truck into the drive-thru window and sure enough they handed me my order and I asked what happened and they said they were waiting for me to walk up and live traffic on 11:00 p.m. on a Friday night to walk up to the window to grab my order. The manager April was the one who I talked on the phone was immediately sassy and attitude as soon as I told her that I had already paid for my food and that the app allowed me to do this she said it was not her problem and it was super attitude for a paying customer that was just calling to figure out a solution. So instead of walking my order to the door because I was in the truck she suggested I walk through live drive-thru orders with cars and walk up to the window it seemed out of spite. April seem to be a horrible manager horrible customer service will be filing a complaint...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI personally love the Wendy's restaurant I been eating here since I was a kid in 07' the food is very sacred to my own opinion as a child mc Donald's made me sick so I'd eat Wendy's I then fell in love since then I been eating Wendy's I love the story the purpose it belongs in the USA Wendy's is America it's multi cultured children friendly devine meals amazing decor and awesome employees as myself I been working at Wendy's in Hickory Hills, IL for 3 months and I am homeless due a past situations mental and physical but I overcame them Wendy's been a big part of my life I am apart of the crew member night shift my position is Grill & Maintenance my crew & I work our toots off to make sure those customers get there food fresh and on time the hypocrites can say what they want but we are dedicated you see the same faces everyday taking your orders obviously we are tired but we know you are more important you have things to do we are aware so please bare with us as we take care you at our establishment we believe in honest work fresh food and safely prepared you rush that process and leave disappointment Wendy's is about preparation determination dedication and patience we follow thru with our routine every morning and every night we love you just as much as you love us we appreciate our customers we love your company so please grab a meal or two 7920...
