Complaint Regarding Service at Fattoush Burgers

Dear Manager,

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service I received at your restaurant, Fattoush Burgers, during my recent visit.

I was extremely disappointed with the behavior of your employee, a young woman who takes orders. She was incredibly rude and unwelcoming throughout my time there. I spent over an hour in your establishment, and during that entire period, this employee did not once pause her loud and disruptive phone conversation with her friends. This lack of professionalism and courtesy is unacceptable.

Before placing my order, I had to wait 15-20 minutes for her to emerge from the kitchen, where she was engaged in her personal phone call. It was apparent that she was annoyed by my attempt to place an order, as it interrupted her conversation. She was not taking orders over the phone but was rather chatting with her friends.

After finally taking my order in a very disgruntled manner, I waited almost an hour for my food. To my surprise, other customers who came after me received their orders while mine was still not ready. As an Asian customer, I couldn't help but feel that I was being discriminated against, which is deeply troubling.

This is supposed to be a fast-food restaurant, yet my order took an unreasonably long time. I ordered three burgers, two hot dogs, French fries, and onion rings. When I finally received my order, I noticed that the burgers had no sauce. I requested burger sauce and spicy sauce from the same employee, and she dismissively pointed to some mayonnaise, claiming it was burger sauce. When I pointed out that it was just mayonnaise, she reluctantly went back to the kitchen and brought out two small cups of sauce rudely telling me "Have a nice day" and shooing me away in a sarcastic tone. It's like she's giving me food for free. Such people easily destroy a business that was built by the hard work of someone.

The very essence of fast food is that it should be prepared quickly. Waiting for an hour is unacceptable. I am shocked and appalled by the service and unprofessional conduct of your employee. I usually ate at this spot a couple times and it was fairly good. But then these last 2 calls changed my mind. First time I called and the man speaking to me had a severe attitude and would not speak to me correctly. I asked him what came on some burgers and just flat out ignored me or told me that they were closing soon, which literally does not matter they were gonna close in 40 minutes which is more than enough time to make a couple burgers.

The second time I called them was even worse. I called them about the same time and the woman who answered my call just straight up hunged up on me! And even worse it was twice. Do you not want my money? I called once more and she answered with the same crappy attitude. I managed to get through the agonizing 2 minutes of the call to place my order. I got my meals expecting to enjoy and I was flat out wrong. The order was wrong and inconsistent. I ordered 2 spicy burgers and 1 cheeseburger and 1 fattoush burger. But to my surprise I got ALL SPICY BURGERS. A family member of mine can’t handle spicyness so there goes their meal to waste. And one burger barely had any fries compared to the others. And to make it even better another burger burgers bun was stale and dry.

It’s like they just packed them up in a hurry over the course of 20 seconds. I called the store again and the man answered me. I told him about my experience and he had the most awful attitude in the entire fast food industry. He didn’t apologize ONCE and the best he could offer me was one box of fries. I’m never looking to come back here again....
