Taco Bell — Restaurant in Pampa

This place is a joke. Worked there for 4 months and for months they Lilly gagged about getting a new manager! Once the new manager was appointed she did some good things but showed a lot of favoritism and didn’t like the fact that my wife worked there as well as me. Than with no write ups or warnings I get agitated cuz we are only running 4 people during our peak lunch hour and she’s out in the parking lot fighting with her old man and comes in in a bad mood and hears me saying something to another employee about how we are always running short handed and goes off on me and sends me home and fires me and than don’t even tell me face to face just marks me off the schedule and gets my wife to tell me!!! If u want to work for someone like that than hey, they are hiring! Good luck with everything I will be taking the proof I have to the unemployment office and seeing what kind of wrongful suit I can use against this! And don’t be fooled but stuff finally getting fixed. For months everyone was eating stuff that had been leaked on by the roof not being fixed, half the people there don’t wear gloves half the time, and ur not getting the correct portioning on your items unless one of the big boss’s are there or corporate themselves are there. This Taco Bell is alright, however, just barely "alright". It must be said that it's more than often you'll come here and the freshness of your food is less than desirable or not consistent with the rest of the meal you've purchased. Gotta hate that situation when you get food for a group of people and you're the only one with a fresh, hot burrito and everybody else got the stuff that was on its way out and you happened to show up just in time to receive it. If you love Taco Bell like me, you know as well as I do that Taco Bell just does not hold up too well and when it's reached "that time", it's as good as garbage. It's also happened where I've ordered something and they were out of a particular sauce, or meat-- or a specific machine wasn't working. That definitely happens a little too often. I truly believe if the consistency of this establishment was a bit more prioritized, this place could be a 5'er. I particularly like most of the staff and service is typically pleasant. When mistakes are made to orders, they seem handle it pretty professionally.

Would give 0 stars if possible went through the drive through around 1 today when the lady opened the window was hit in the face with the smell of burning plastic I felt sick almost immediately the lady that was at the window was tweeking out of her mind and couldn't stand still I should have just drove off right then but no, I paid for my food and I regret it I got my food and drove off when I unwrapped my food it was the most depressing taco bell I have ever seen it was cold, next to nothing in the Chalupa, crunch wrap, nacho Bell grande or my bean burrito there was lettuce and sour cream all over the wrappers and none inside. What little meat I did get tasted like it had been sitting out for a week it was absolutely disgusting not to mention that there was a used small plastic baggie with something in it in my burrito I would highly recommend not ever going to this location for...
