Burger King — Restaurant in Panama City Beach

I had a disappointing experience at this drive-thru location. I placed a mobile order and opted to pick it up at the drive-thru. When I reached the window, the cashier almost handed me the wrong order, so I clarified that I was there for a mobile order. Instead of having my food ready, she then instructed the kitchen to start preparing it.

From the time I placed my order until I got to the window, I waited 10-15 minutes with just one car in front of me. Once at the window, I waited an additional 5 minutes. Given the long wait, I checked my bags immediately and found that my order was incorrect; I was missing bacon on one of my sandwiches. The cashier, along with what I assume was her manager, verified the missing bacon on their screen and visually seeing no bacon on my sandwich at the window.

Instead of fixing the issue promptly, the cashier asked me to pull forward, which I refused, stating that I just wanted the bacon wrapped in paper so I could leave. I had no problem putting the bacon on my sandwich by myself. There was some back-and-forth among the staff, and they ultimately asked for my sandwich back to add the bacon. I was confused about this process since they had already confirmed the error. When I received the sandwich back, it was exactly the same, with added bacon. How do I know this? Because the bread was split in half when I initially received it.

Overall, I’m unsure what's going on at this location, but I won't tolerate being inconvenienced by staff trying to manipulate drive-thru times. To make matters worse, the food was lukewarm and not...

I am not one to usually write reviews unless I feel really compelled to. It takes alot to go out of one’s day to write a review. And let me just say the service was absolutely awful. I can understand long wait times (we didn’t wait long at all), I can understand being short staffed, but one thing that cannot be taught is a GOOD ATTITUDE! the two young ladies who were working were so unbelievably rude (the food itself was wonderful btw, we also went through the drive through). all i was trying to ask for was extra grape jelly and syrup, and i couldn’t even get it out she just kept walking off and wouldn’t let me finish what i was asking for. the first time we did it we were at the 2nd window, and i still needed more and she just wouldn’t come back. we waited and no one came, so we reversed backwards to the 1st window just for her to have a nasty attitude and not even let us ask fully for what we wanted she kept walking off before we could get anything out, had she just waited for us to finish what we were saying she wouldn’t have had to walk back 3 times. then she said “they will help you up front” and started laughing like something was funny. we pulled up up front NO ONE HELPED US! just completely rude. i understand people have bad days- i understand. and my heart does go out for them, but this is just awful. if i knew their names i’d say it. but description wise- two were African american (race does NOT matter- just trying to identify them), the really rude one wore a white headband and we visited 6-14-25 we 6:57AM. so...

I NEVER leave bad reviews, but I wonder if this branch has any management? We went around 7-7:20pm on 10/23/2025. First of all we spent at least 30 minutes in the drive-through with only two cars in front of us. I ordered a simple kids meal cheeseburger with ketchup ONLY w an apple juice. We also ordered a medium sweet tea and unsweet tea. When we pulled around to the window, they tried to hand us what they said was two sweet teas. When I tried to tell them, we ordered one unsweet tea, they informed us that they did not have unsweet tea. ❓ So we told them it was fine and they handed us our kids meal after about 10 more minutes. I specifically asked the guy, “it’s ketchup only right?” he looked straight at me and said yes. As I drove around the restaurant, I checked it and realized it had mustard and pickles on it. He had lied to my face! 😳 So I took it inside and asked them to correct it. They did. When I went back to the car, I took a swig of my sweet tea only to realize it was not actually sweet tea. One was a rather large apple juice and one tasted like it was lemonade mixed with something else. 😠 What are they doing here? Where is the management? We basically lost at least seven dollars out of a $12 order over the drinks alone. They did not put a kids apple juice with my happy meal. They did not add a toy to it.
