Taco Bell — Restaurant in Panama City Beach

What a mess this place is! Ordered on the app to pickup at drive thru. A car was broke down in the drive thru lane. Went inside and asked to pickup order inside was told my name was not on the screen tried explaining that of course it wasn't we couldn't get to the window to give my name. Just then the lady who was broken down came in told the manager she was broken down in the drive thru lane at that point the manager agreed to take my name and eventually the order was started. Waited for over a half hour for my order only to have it given to someone else also waiting for an order. The woman who received the order said "I would have thought you would have received your order first." I said "are you sure this is your order?" She said her name was called but that she was waiting for the rest of her order. I waited another 15 minutes and when I asked again about my order the girl asked again what I ordered and she said oh I think I gave it to her. She checked the boxes and said these are yours. What?! So I sat there with boxes next to the other woman that were mine. Really? I say now my food is cold and she just walked off and ignored me!! The dining area was dirty and the kitchen area had food all over the floor. I don't know how no one fell from all cheese ect on it. As for the food the crunch wraps had no crunch and very little filling and the 5 layer burritos only had 2 layers. There were 5 people working the kitchen and one at the window. Yet they still couldn't get their act together. Sorry this is so long but I am absolutely shocked about how I was treated and no apology given for their mistake and appalled by the condition of the kitchen. If there was anything less than one star I would rate it that. This location is HORRIBLE, the service is absolutely ridiculous. My family and I ordered through the app, we pull up to the speaker to let them know we had a mobile order and it was confirmed that they had it. We get to the window and let me just say worst experience EVER. They tried charging us (again) for our food and when we told them we had already paid through our app they told us that our order was not there. The guy at the window just stood there looking dumb and would not do anything to help find our order. I asked to speak to a manager and the manager was just as incompetent as his employees. He told us that because our food was not on their screen, they did not have our order. Manager argued with me worse than a child would and did not do anything at all to help us resolve the issue. He would not even look at my phone to see that the order was at this location and didn’t bother to check the food because they were not going to make it. Not only that, but we were arguing back and forth for a while and I told them I was not going to move until I got my food and he yelled out the window to the cars behind us saying “if y’all don’t get your food it’s because of these people” very immature on the MANAGERS part. When we showed him we couldn’t cancel the order he told us that it is not his problem and that he could not do anything about it, meanwhile the amount had already gotten charged...

I’ve never been so disappointed in a tacobell. I come here ever few nights and get the same disappointment I get every time. Every single time I come to this tacobell the never fail to forget something in the bag. I never check them bag until I get home because I shouldn’t have too, they should look at what goes in the bag and put it in there, it’s that simple. Every time I call them they say “would you like to come up here and we will give it to you” no because not ever person has such free time to come up there after getting home from a long day to get one taco. Not only that, they Jew you out of meat and food all the time. One day I go there you get a bunch of meat, the next time I go you literally get a taco the size of a cheesy roll up. I don’t know if the night crew is just trying to get out on time or whatever but the quality of the food at night is just unbelievably gross compared to when I go during the day.
