As customer service across-the-board has plummeted lately, I must say visiting this subway was a new low. I was visiting Panama City Beach with my parents last week for my birthday when we decided to go to this subway, which would later become one of my biggest regrets. There was a family placing an order when we first walked in. There was one guy working behind the counter. It took quite a while. Long enough that we sat down to wait to place our order and my parents were talking about how ridiculous it was. When he finally got to us, it took about another 20 minutes for him to prepare our food. Around this time, I noticed there was another employee shuffling around in the back doing stuff. Not once did he come up to help the other employee get our food prepared or even check us out. Instead he takes the order of the guy that just walked in behind us, then moved him up to the front of the line in front of us and decided to ring out his sandwich before ringing us up. I looked at my mother confused and said in a very normal tone “are you kidding me? We’ve been in here for almost 30 minutes” and upon hearing this, the second employee snatched our food from the front counter that was already done and was about to be paid for and moved it to the back counter and refused to serve us. I pushed back for quite a while trying to get the food we had just driven all over town for and then waited another 30 minutes for. He refused. He also wouldn’t give me his name and threatened to call the police if we didn’t leave. He said he was the manager. This is by far the worst experience I have ever had in a food establishment and not only should both of these employees be fired and never allowed to work in food service again, this subway should be demolished and leveled to the ground based on a multitude of other reviews I’ve just read. I noticed there is no contact number for Subway customer service, but if these two rude, low-life, disgusting employees are seeing this, I hope you know I will not rest until you pay for what you did. You ruined our vacation, you ruined my birthday, and you ruined my family because we got into a huge fight after that. You will pay for what you did. I will contact any email I can until I get a response and speak to a supervisor of yours. I was a SUBWAY® rewards account holder and I will be canceling and will never eat at a Subway again. If you’re looking for food in PCB, I’d consider rummaging through a dumpster before eating at this place. You might even find those 2 employees sitting in there already. And and apologize if I was too early, I said I can wait or comeback whenever he is ready to make “sub”. Store was look like they were going out of business, unorganized.
So Main violation: HE WAS DRAINING HIS BOTTOM COOLER THAT KEEPS COOL ALL TOPPING, USING PAPER TOWELS TO SUCK THE WATER. WELL, WATER ITS ACTUALLY NASTY JUICE THAT DRIPPED OFF FROM WHATEVER STAYED ON TOPPING SECTION, AROUND 15 ITEMS. Looks pretty yellow and slimy!!! I watched the whole process , let him finish his line setup. Saw how all nastiness was all over the his CUTTING BOARDS. Finally he started my sub and placed RIGHT ON THE SAME DISGUSTING CUTTING BOARD. I was shocked and asked least change the wrap paper. Showed him the Juices top of the board. And He rudely said “I will change it after you choose the toppings” I stayed calm, because I know that is gonna kill me and I’m not gonna eat that sub, just wanted to PAY AND Throw it to the garbage can outside.
I asked to lower his voice, explained that is the Major violation, I perfectly knew what I’m asking for. Worked at the restaurant business as a Executive Chef more than 10 years. Experienced so many things with HEALTH DEPARTMENT. Educated Save Serve, passed all Managers certification test and Culinary certification test.
Anyway, at the end He said “GET OUT FROM MY STORE!”
I asked his name to complain to the Manager, he told me that He is the Manager.
I’m not a dramatic person to make a scene or say something pretty nasty words to him. I just left with understanding that he has Mental issues and lack of “manager” experience. Didn’t took any pictures or video. Because it’s was way to disgusting scenes.
Wondering why this SubWay location OPEN and serving people still…

Read moreThe worst subway ever, I’m a local and given this place 3 chances and It was awful each time, TOURISTS DO NOT GET FOOLED! DO NOT GO THERE, everything tastes old, veggies are saggy, personal horrible with the manager included, allot of attitude, note their menu is not updated, there is no more wraps at this location so they can’t wrap nothing, instead they have a version of flat bread that’s thinner than original one, lol I never had a sub for 15 dollars despite I told them not to put all that pile of meats they usually do and hold it to half of it, still over charged me. First I walked in and the manager with the employee were chit chatting in the office that was open to see, with all the cameras they didn’t see me walk on plus forget the door bell that rings when you walk in, a couple that was sitting by the door had to open the door to make it ring to get their attention due to me being there waiting a hot minute, then the lady comes out giving me excuses that I was standing at the wrong angle and wasn’t visible on camera, lol so I was wrong for being in the wrong angle and she was right for not even standing waiting for customers and greeting them, I would like to know who is the owner of this place? How do you keep this place open? I gave the place 3 chances, every each of them was horrible experience, food and customer service horrible, I’m a local business owner myself and had to stop there because I was hungry and it was on my way but hey, I’ll starve next time and get to another location before I buy another sub from this location.
