3rd time we have come here and the pool and facility is closed because of staffing issues. We plan a family outing and it ends with our child crying. These facilities are some of the greatest in the country between championship tournaments for youth baseball, public parks, and Swimming pool. Being understaffed is an absolute inexcusable excuse. The pool is open for a short time of the year(could definitely be open longer) as it is already. Bay County has no excuse to not deliver the funds necessary to support The Frank Brown Park as a major destination for families with children. They should consider staff that are not HS students paid the lowest available wage possible. It's evident that tax dollars are not allocated to the wants and needs of bay county residents...

Have lived here since 1989 and have been in contact with City Hall many times. I can't think of a single time that I have called and not been taken care of in an efficient manner, from the Customer Service to The City Manager Drew...
