Visited on our vacation one evening. We were seated promptly and our server came shortly after we were seated. From there it went downhill quick. We ordered and got our bread and salads. Salads were good, but there was only a tiny bit of herbs for our bread/dipping sauce. Barely enough for one person. Food came and it was cold. Server told us as she was giving us our food she had been standing by kitchen staring the cooks down waiting on the food. We tried to ask our server for more herbs for dipping sauce, and she assumed we were asking for more water before we had even asked for herbs. She brought us the water and we again had to ask for herbs and red pepper because she had just assumed what we wanted. Thankfully, the herb portion was bigger the second time. Before we left we decided to split a tiramisu. Upon it coming to our table we could already tell something was off. For one, there was no espresso powder on top. We asked our server if this was the tiramisu, and she assured us it was and walked off again. We tried getting a bite, but had to force our fork into the tiramisu…it was FROZEN through. Tasted a small bite, and it even tasted freezer burnt. We called server over yet again and asked if it was supposed to be frozen. She said it was not and that they make it fresh in the restaurant. That’s pretty hard to believe based on what we just experienced and tasted. She told us our card had not been charged yet and she would take the dessert off the tab. We checked our bank account and the card had already been charged. She assured us it would be taken off and returned to account within a few days.
Bottom line: will not be returning to this location. I’ve worked in restaurants (from fast food to very upscale dining) for 10+ years. I understand people have bad days, and right now staffing is an issue, but when the restaurant decorating and ambiance was…worn down. Employees need to...

We decided to order lunch from Carrabas, which has never been my favorite place to eat, but hubby wanted some spaghetti. So...OK, I proceed to order through Door dash (great company, always a great experience with them).....
We put a lot of emphasis on protein since we both weight train... I ordered, among everything else, Spaghetti w meat sauce. Knowing how little meat they serve, we ordered EXTRA MEAT SAUCE w each spaghetti dish.
When we got our order, there was a LITTLE amount of meat on the spaghetti. So we assumed that the extra meat was on the side.... and there were a couple of small containers but they only had marinara sauce.
When we called (and after several minutes) we finally got ahold of the manager and she said that the extra meat was on the spaghetti ...... We told her that, that could NOT be a double portion of meat... (3 or 4 oz at best).... All she had to say was to BASICALLY TAKE IT UP WITH DOOR DASH ........ We asked her if Door Dash prepared the order.... She said no, but still to take the complain to them.....
You know?? I don't mind at all a mistake in an order...... But LOUSY CUSTOMER SERVICE or BLAMING it to someone else is really very UNPROFESSIONAL........
The rest of the food was lukewarm, more batter than cheese (mozzarella sticks) and really a bad experience overall..
Over $80 down the drain..... Please don't waste your hard earned money or even the calories on this...
Read moreMy family and I are down here on vacation and we ordered carry out from here last night. We ordered online and were told our puck up time was at 5:08 pm. We arrived at 4:55 and a lady came out and got our name and told us our order wouldn't be ready until 6 pm. We had already paid. The lady apologized and said to give her 15 minutes and she would have our order out to us so we decided to park and wait. Fifteen minutes had came and went. It was then 5:48 when our food was brought to us. We still gave a really nice tip. Once we left we noticed that they had put our alfredo sauce upside down in the bag and it had leaked all over my neice and all over my brand new car by the time we got back to our condo it had all leaked out everywhere. It was a huge mess. We had nothing but a pan of plain dried noodles. But, we also had a couple of pans of lasagna, salad and bread. I decided to call and speak to the manager, Marcel. I had explained to him everything that had happened and he was the nicest, most professional manager I have ever dealt with. He wanted to make it right. He offered to have my car cleaned and detailed and also offered us more alfredo sauce and free dessert on him if we felt like driving back down there. I told him we appreciated his offer but I was able to clean up the mess in my car myself. The food was excellent and so is the manager here.
