Customer service needs fine tuning. I'll begin by saying I've been here before and had excellent service. You know, the kind of service you expect from Chick-fil-A. As a big fan myself, I was excited to get my hand on those chicken nuggets and fries on the way home from PCB so I put in my mobile order, which only showed one PC location, so I selected that. We walk in, we were not greeted, or even acknowledged. At all--not even a smile or eye contact. We stood at the pick up area for such a long time. It was a little busy, but nothing crazy at all. I know we were seen, but it was as if each team member was trying to avoid us. After about 15-18 minutes of not hearing our order name called, I asked a team member if she could check on our order. She walked away after that and we didn't hear anything from her anymore. Another member asked us if we were waiting on our order, so I showed her our order confirmation. Turns out I put in the wrong location (my fault completely). The other location was completely out of our way. I asked if there was a way to transfer the order there, and she said no, and with much hesitation said she could make it. (Understandable for McDonald's, Burger King, or any of the other disreputable chains, but every Chick Fil A I have ever been to would have handled that with more grace. I accept that I put in the wrong location, and that must be an inconvenience, but the app didn't even have their location available, and there is ALWAYS something you can do to keep your customer happy, perhaps smiling is a start? I looked for a smile in every corner of the restaurant and couldn't find a single one on any employee. The famous "my pleasure" was nowhere within earshot. The situation was handled and our order was remade, but it could have been handled much sooner than 40 minutes by GREETING your customer!!!! If we would have known within 5 minutes that our order was at a different location, we could have went to that location instead of waiting for someone to actually acknowledge us. I've worked in customer service ever since I've been able to work, and I was very displeased with our experience, even though I'm not typically the type to be that way. This location needs someone from corporate to come down and tune up some attitudes. Maybe it was a bad day, but there's never a day bad enough to ignore your customer who is standing right in front of you. On a lighter note, the...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThey messed up my order. I had to ask for my salad or I would not have gotten it. Got all the way home 15 mins away! I was missing my kids meal!! Had to drive all the way back, was then treated as though I was trying get over on them for a kids meal! First she asked for my receipt, (had it) showed kids meal she went and asked if the drive through had an extra kids meal! I said why would they? They didn't even have my salad ready when I was told to have a good night!!! Whom ever is managing the night shift there needs to rethink their occupation because I don't think fast food is for them. The crew is not properly trained and he/she is not backing up their people. Drive-thru is the busy place and they can't seem to run it correctly!!!! I was not offered anything for the inconvenience of having to drive back up there with gas being over $3 a gallon! They could of offered me a drink at least. Instead she put it on the counter and said sorry, have a good night. Turned and went back to doing whatever. This was the front counter girl not even the manager came to deal with it or to apologize! I Winn not return to this location. I will Instead wait in the hellishly long line at the one...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI always love Chick-fil-A, but for whatever reason, they got my order wrong in drive through. I even went back and said take my sandwiches and see that this is not what I ordered. My order was a regular chick fil a sandwich (fried) meal extra pickles. I got a grilled sandwich, no pickles. The fries were right, and drink. The 2nd sandwich was a spicy chicken sandwich meal, with American cheese no pickles and sweet tea. I got an unsweetened tea, and the sandwich only had cheese on it. The other toppings were left off completely. I went back through the line again, and they messed up the 2nd sandwich again. I drove home without checking, and realized they got the sandwich wrong again. They left off the toppings for the spicy chick. It only had the cheese on it. Please tell the people ringing up the food to ask more questions to get it right, if they aren't sure. Id rather you ask me to get it right. When you ask for a certain cheese, it doesn't mean leave the rest off. Just ask the questions, do you want the other toppings we normally put on the sandwich?? That's not hard to...
