I ordered curbside pick up for breakfast. I arrived and immediately got a text that my food was ready. A few minutes later it started to sprinkle. I thought this might cause an issue with the delivery but the rain never got heavier. I sat there for a total of fifteen before checking my app to see they had placed my ordered as delivered but I never got it. So I went inside to see what was going on. As soon as I walked in the general manager ( GABBY) turned away from me put her head down on the counter and started shaking her head as if she was defeated. I assumed at this point she expected me to come in and make a fuss. Which means she knew my food had intentionally not been delivered. As I stood there for a few minutes she refused to acknowledge me. Another worker (NOT A MANAGER) came around the corner to asked if I had been helped. I explained the situation to her and she apologized stating that their system had not printed out my ticket. Mind you, I was the only car in curbside pick up the entire time I was there. So the ticket didn’t print but they couldn’t have walked out to check? I was never asked what I ordered. & my ticket “never printed” but she knew what food to bring me. As she sat the bag on the counter I reminded her how long I had sat out there and that I knew my food was cold. She asked the general manager for it to be remade and that’s when the general manager asked for one item in my bag to be remade. I vocalized that I ordered more than one item and the other worker (non manager) informed me that they had just finished the rest of the food so it wasn’t cold. How would that be the case of if I sat outside for 15 minutes after being told my food was ready? During this entire interaction with the worker the GM kept rolling her eyes and displaying a VERY OBVIOUS attitude. But never once interacted with me personally. My food was remade and I was very thankful to the worker that helped. Who clearly should be the manager of that store. I’m not sure who made this GABBY person GM but she clearly views customers as a burden and doesn’t even care to brush her wig and look appropriate at work. They need someone else running that place. If you can’t handle running a McDonald’s that’s on you. Stop taking it out on your customers...
Read moreI’m on my way back from a doctors appointment and I just picked up lunch from here on my way to work for my fiancé and I. I was one of the last people to pull into the line before a whole new group showed up. So I get up to the box to place my order no one is in the other lane. I’m the only car sitting there and the line that had previously been moving just fine completely just stops for the next almost 15 minutes. A car pulls up in the lane next to me she’s waiting for I would say 7-10 minutes maybe and finally she leaves so another white pick up truck pulls up into the lane. Mind you I’ve been sitting here the whole time and he sits there for 3 to 5 minutes and they finally take his order and then they come over and they take my order. So after waiting for The very kind gentleman who took my place in line to get his food, I then had to wait for my food. I ordered three crispy chicken spicy snack wraps, a Mc double with lettuce and mayo only and two strawberry and cream pies for my fiancé and I all three of my snack wraps were ranch even though I ordered all of them spicy, and my burger had cheese on it when I asked for mayo and lettuce only. so after waiting in line all that time and being patient and not even getting mad at McDonald’s because the guy cut me in line when they should’ve took my order first I didn’t even yell at any of them or anything and they still could not get my order, right one of the most rude fast food experiences. I’ve had thus far. Not one person even apologized Which isfunny because the guy who took my money even asked me which lane I was in because he heard me shit talking the guy in front of me for cutting me in line so they even knew they messed...
Read moreBeen to this location in the past and haven't had problems, short of lengthy waits. Drive thru was slam packed, so I made an order inside at the kiosk. Other customers were already waiting and quite irate at their food not being served, alone with witnessing multiple cars entering AND exiting the drive thru with their orders.
Fast forward to my experience and although they were receiving multiple complaints from those waiting on their food, the worker are having to swear and fuss at their other employees who weren't doing anything for the guests in the dining room and serving drive thru left and right. While my order came out relatively quick, I stood there for another 7 minutes waiting on a medium unsweet tea. Front cash called it out, but I never received my drink.
Given that McDonald's food is best served hot and falters in quality when cold, after the 7 stated minutes, I just left with my food and no drink. It blows my mind how folks are incredibly glued to their specific job and not really helping out the guests in the dining room. As I was leaving, there were several more customers that had piled behind me, with a mixed bag of mobile, kiosk, and front cash orders. It would seem as though this place needs some significant help and for years, when in town, relied upon this McDonald's given who close to the job site it is for me and my fellow employees.
I'm afraid those days are over now. There's plenty more McDonald's around the corner and within vicinity of this one. Heed my advice and stay away, unless you got nothing else better to do than wait for...
