Viktoriyas Coffee — Restaurant in Panama City

Saw a drive up coffee place on the map so thought I'd try, place looks like trash, zero indication the place was even open or still in business. They have like 3 food options on the menu, one of which was hot donuts, which they didn't have, the girl serving me seemed surprised I even asked for them.

When I asked if they had anything else she offered tirimisu... At breakfast time I feel like other options would be more forthcoming but no.

The coffee is absolute TRASH. I'd think a coffee stand should get that right first. I ordered an americano, was never asked if I wanted milk but I got it anyway. I take it black but it's not a huge deal if milk is in there, but this 16oz cup must be at least a third milk, it's completely horrible. Completely undrinkabke. I don't think this person has ever received any training on making coffee, which ownership should take the blame for.

Absolutely shocked this place is still...

I was excited to try a local coffee shop while on vacation, but this place was a huge disappointment. When we pulled up, the building looked run-down, but I was still willing to give it a chance. As soon as we got to the window, the woman working was extremely rude—she frowned at us the entire time and made us feel very unwelcome.

On top of that, none of the food or drink items listed on the Google menu were available. After experiencing such poor customer service and a lack of menu options, we decided to take our business elsewhere. We ended up at 7 Brew instead, where the staff was friendly, the service was excellent, and the menu was much better.

Overall, I would not recommend this coffee shop to anyone. If you want good service and a welcoming environment, spend your money somewhere it’s actually...

This is a best coffee shop in town and all around!

I absolutely love the quality of coffees and milkshakes! The staff here are incredibly friendly and always greet me with a smile. Their service is top-notch and very professional. The atmosphere is so warm and inviting, making it the perfect place to stop by and enjoy a cup of coffee. What I love most is the special touch of having Bible verses on my cup every time I grab one.
