Waffle House — Restaurant in Panama City

So I went there almost every morning about 8 months ago tonight we went for the first time in 8 months my favorite waitress was there the one with the red hair greet us with a smile and our other waitress took very good care of us but I need to know why the employees don't wear hair nets my food had to be made 3 * by the second order of my food having hair in it I was disgusted I was eating food with hair in it and I didn't even notice and there was hair on my husband steak and it was absolutely disgusting I know it's natural for hair to fall off the human body but I gave them a chance to fix their mistake and they still did not it's not their fault that the owner of waffle house does not supply hair nets I need to know why the employees don't wear hair nets my food had to be made three times by the second order of my food having hair in it I was disgusted and beyond frustrated but my waitress just went up there and made my food herself to ensure that there would be no hair on it and I appreciate her so much for going out of her way but by the time she did that I completely lost my appetite I know it's natural for hair to fall off the human body but when you are in a fast-paced restaurant your employees should be supplied with hair nets it is unacceptable in every way I was disgusted and beyond frustrated. I'm so thankful that the shift manager has compassion for people in a bad situation. I'm a single female 61 years old. I'm permanently on oxygen and have a small service dog. I found myself in a bad situation and needed to park until the next morning as I didn't have any gas. My bank cards were stolen from me by someone I've known for over 30 years. They cleaned out one account . But luckily I realized what was happening and shut my cards off. I get text messages from my bank when ever a transaction is processed. Thank God. So I was driving around Panama City FL trying to figure out what to do. I saw the employees at the Waffle House standing outside talking and I drove up and explained my situation and the shift manager said I could park there until morning. I'm so greatful.. thank you sir for helping me. I went to my bank when they opened and got the cash to get back to St. Petersburg FL. I used to live in Panama City until hurricane Micheal destroyed it. I don't remember the man's name but I'm glad there are still people left in the world with compassion. Thank you...

I went there today and ordered steak, eggs and hash brown breakfast meal with a coke. The food was cooked well however the portion of hash browns seemed a little small. The waiter there (young man) was more concerned with what was going on with his social media account/messages than the customer. I ran out of coke before my meal was done so not only was I not full at the end but thirsty as well. After the waiter/server was done playing on his phone he walked over and I thought he was going to check on me if I needed anything but no he stacked about a half a dozen plates then walked away to play on his phone again. I will say the cook did a lot more work than the actual waiter did. He cleared my table and wiped it down asked if I was ready to order or needed time and a menu etc. and got me my drink. At the time it was just myself and one other couple towards the end of my meal another couple walked in. Over all pretty disapointing experience. The server didnt even give me silverware, so the food came and yup nothing to eat it with, again the cook...
