Edited review: We came again at my kids request, there were 4 people working. Tables were not cleared the entire time we were here while staff socialized. Cool, we sat by the TV, no biggie. My pizza was burnt like usual, I didn’t ask them to rebake, but the kicker was a German roach that crawled from under the coffee table we were eating at while my youngest played Nintendo. Begging kids or not, we won’t be back. Y’all gotta get your stuff together over here. Hoping for the best. The wings are $2 each and small, BUT very tasty, so we keep ordering them, but they’re way over priced $12/6. The pizza slices are burnt about 30% of the time, very sparse toppings, but tasty nonetheless and they will rebake if asked. My biggest issue is the atmosphere. It’s a cool place, my kids enjoy the Nintendo, but it’s incredibly high priced pizza prepared and staffed by what appear to be 100% high school students with no manager on site. The music is often so loud that it creates an unpleasant environment. On one occasion I asked for the volume to be reduced since I couldn’t hear anyone at the table. Today, we were the only party in the place and I asked if they could turn their 2k screamo down a notch and the cashier told me if it was at 15.5 he couldn’t go lower… it was a sensory fk nightmare. We definitely won’t come back here but I’ll try the other location. No one in management in St Andrews would return my call. After seeing how responds to reviews here, I have little hope that this will be taken into consideration. ✌🏻

If you're craving a taste of authentic New York-style pizza in the heart of the Florida panhandle, look no further than this hidden gem. From the very first bite, it felt like I'd been transported back to a classic NY pizzeria—the flavors were simply unmatched, the crust just the right mix of crispy and chewy, and the toppings absolutely perfect. The service was fantastic, with a warm and welcoming staff who clearly care about their customers. The atmosphere? A delightful mix of nostalgic charm and cozy vibes, making it the perfect spot to relax and savor a slice. Now, I have to mention, when I approached the owner to compliment them on their outstanding pizza, their gruff demeanor caught me off guard. But hey, sometimes that "New York edge" comes with the territory, right? And honestly, the pizza is so good, I'll gladly go back for more—grouch or not! Highly recommended for anyone who misses that classic NY pizza experience. This place is a true treasure.

🍕 The Slice House – A Love Story (With a Side of Sass) 🍕 Let me tell you — The Slice House is pizza perfection. If loving their gooey, cheesy, crispy-edged slices is wrong, I don’t wanna be right. And their gluten-free option? It's so good it makes you forget you ever had dietary restrictions (or dignity, when you’re licking the plate). But here’s the twist in my rom-com with The Slice House: no veteran discount. 😬 Like, y’all… we’re out here honoring the crust, but not the people who served the country? Other local spots are handing out military discounts like parmesan packets. A little recognition wouldn’t hurt — just like pineapple on pizza (I said what I said). Still, we’ll be back. Because no discount in the world can keep us away from that pepperoni perfection. Just consider tossing in a little extra love for the vets next time — maybe right between the mozzarella and the marinara. ❤️

I'm not usually one to write a review. Especially if I've only been to a place once personally but I saw alot of the same things others complained about. If this location wasn't next to a high school I doubt it would have survived this long. It needs better quality control. There were numerous mistakes. Being able to count heads is basic...we were 7 and only got 6 glasses that still had water at the bottom and wet. We were the only ones in there at the time, others did come later. Atmosphere was definitely unique and kid friendly. IT was really loud and hard to talk to your own party but most likely due to the building itself. Some of our food did look ok just not mine. It took almost an hour. AND their menu is so large they even get confused on it. Ordered an appetizer "Caprese" it's very traditional. There's nothing confusing about it. ITs even named it in their menu....well it never came. AND when I asked about it instead of just saying sorry and bringing one they felt like arguing. Like seriously a customer says you forgot something. AND it was written on a plain piece of paper that the person couldn't spell correctly I watched as they wrote it down then the slice I ordered. Just figured it was short hand. Well they tried to claim that it sounded like one of their pizzas which ok maybe the menu is super long....then why didn't I receive it? Only got the pizza slice I initially ordered...no other. LIKE customer service wise that was bad. AND the pizza was burnt. Cold and hard cheese. Hardly any toppings. Chewy. Did get the caprese...they didn't have basil (they did disclose that) ...tomatoes weren't ripe and hard...the mozzarella was weird maybe almost expired. I can ignore one ingredient being missing but even what i got was subpar. Its a basic recipe. Needs quality control. We never got checked on until pizzas came. I watched the back. One person was hustling the others seemed to be socializing. These weren't kids. Young adults and people clearly older. Management clearly needs changed. Alot of these mistakes boil down to whose managing the food and ordering supplies and managing employees and how their trained. People make mistakes and have bad days but if multiple people are seeing the same things then...

We have been to the St Andrew locations a few times and loved it. Due to rain we decided to try Harrison location. Staff friendly. Restaurant clean and inviting. So we were a party of 4 adults, two teens, and one toddler. One party in restaurant at 645pm or so. They had already eaten. So we ordered 3 appetizers and two salads. Two appetizers and two salads came after about 30 to 45 minutes. Lettuce great but dressing was definitely not any Cesar salad I have ever tasted before! Yuck. Tomatoes were yuck. So on to the 3rd appetizer which did not come out until after the pizza! All 3 Bread appetizer were great. Most of the pizza was great until you get to the House. It was brought out missing Italian Sausage . Politely took it back and pointed out missing Sausage . 10 minutes later brought back to me with a handful of sausage literally thrown across the top of my now COLD pizza! We actually laughed at the table! Seriously? My husband ordered two of one type and received only one slice, was charged only for one so we left it. My grandsons pizza slices did not come out and the last bread order until after the rest of the party were almost done. I felt they had forgotten it until we mentioned it. Needless to say we will not be back there! We will stick with St. Andrew from now on. Staff of two men seemed over whelmed but friendly. Young lady took our order with help of gentleman and was gone before our orders came out. Not a good experience specially considering we brought out of state company raving about how great Slice House is. Very...
