The employees were rude and one employee threatened my husband and myself over wanting a refill for our drink... The restaurant was filthy, so we took our "Dine In" order, asked for a bag... twice... finally received a bag... and ate in our car... Instead of causing a scene or even bringing attention to the obvious filth, we decided to eat in our vehicle. It just looked like no one had gotten to the dining room yet, but employees where standing around talking. If I had noticed it before we ordered, we would have went elsewhere to eat. When I went back into the restaurant, all the employees were still standing around talking when I walked up and politely asked for a refill. The same employee who had given us the bag stated "I don't remember serving you. Refills are for dine in customers only." Apparently, she had just started her shift because the woman who took our order was nowhere in site. So I explained that we had a dine in order and that we had taken it outside. She proceeded to get rude and my husband stepped in to ask her to curb her attitude. That's when she went bonkers and we just backed away slowly. The manager actually walked up, heard her employee threatening to "come over the counter on us", then walked in the opposite direction. It was a terrible experience and I won't be back. I realize crazy people need a job, too, but this woman was insane! I'm so glad that my daughter was visiting her Nana and she didn't have to partake in that...

We went through the drive through and ordered and She had an attitude then. Then when we got to the window and paid⌠my husband was confused and didnât realize he had ordered 3 oranges juices and he politely told her it was two ( us in the car told him she was giving us the right amount ) and she said âno you ordered three. I know what you said and you said 3 *chuckles sarcastically * I know what I heard. I know you ainât trying to make me look crazy.â My husband apologized and took the drinks, she then asked us to go forward and wait. She then brought our food out and said that it was nice and hot. My husband kindly informed her that he was missing his HC-Fruit punch. Then she went inside and brought it out. I literally could not believe it but once she gave my husband his juice she said âlook, I made it a large even though YOU were rude â. Excuse me?! He was rude?? No maâam. Iâve never experienced something like that. A manager doesnât behave in that way.    Read moreI love Wendy's for their salads. Today, I ordered the new limited time Strawberry Mango without the cheese. I was advised that the salad is made and can't get new salad without the cheese; which the many times I ordered previously I was able to not have cheese. The Mgr refused to compensate for the inconvenience or anything and she seemed to not care about me as a customer. What happens if someone is allergic to something in the salad but that's all they can have then that person leaves... There were several customers that heard what the mgr told me and left so I'm not the only one that obviously didn't like the customer service or they wanted salad too without a certain ingredient on their salad. The cashier should not been on the register. Gave her a 20.00 for my order but only got back 5.28 for the salad but not the other 5.38. She had to call the mgr over again. Then when our order was ready, they still tried to give me the salad without paying and still had the cheese on it. As my mom would say," Carnival of errors".
