My husband bought me a wedding ring upgrade for my birthday but it didn't fit and we wanted to get it sized faster than most jewelers were offering. He got the ring from Zales, they said 3 weeks. I googled and found this place. They were so nice, all the staff and turn around time was great. Really less than 24 hours! I can't even explain how great the quality was. I have had rings sized before and they come back with welding marks or you can tell where it was cut. Not these guys. It looks like it was bought this way. I just spoke with Dan on the phone about a quote I was inquiring about to have one of my rings serviced. After having a not so pleasant experience at another jewelry establishment, I have a new found hope that there are still good, decent and honest jewelers out there. Dan was amicable, professional, and very patient with each patrón that visited his establishment, while I was making my initial inquiry.
