Not one to complain about wrong orders and nor do I have an issue going back to the restaurant to let them know of this. What I DO have an issue with is poor customer service. I went back to this establishment calm and explained to the worker that previously took my order that I asked for a bag of chips ( I was given a cup of soup instead). She then told me that I was given the soup because that’s what I had asked for and she wouldn’t have put that in my order if I hadn’t said that. I again, calmly explained that this wasn’t the case and she said she’ll give me a refund but that I was wrong and was rolling her eyes and giving me attitude the whole time. I can guarantee that I didn’t say anything to offend her so I’m unsure as to why she had a chip on her shoulder. She gave me the refund for what I didn’t order and sarcastically asked me, “what kind of chips did you want?”. I told her which ones they were, she handed it to me and then just walked away. Before I was halfway out of the building, I could clearly hear her telling her female co worker that I was being so rude. I then yelled at her and said “what the hell did you just say?” She didn’t respond and I walked out. Again it was an honest mistake on her end and I was not upset about that. But the way she responded to the situation was totally uncalled for and completely unprofessional.
To anyone wondering, it was the shorter, older woman that works there that responded to me like this. If you’re order is wrong, be prepared to get an earful and poor customer service from her specifically, because she’s not wrong. Never...
Read moreI walked in 15 mins before closing. The person at a register was just leaning on the counter, another person walked over to a second register to take my order. As I was deciding which sandwich I wanted, the person who had been leaning walked over to the condiments end of the line. She asked impatiently which sandwich was it. The cashier said they were waiting. I said I'd like the smoke cheesy and asked about pickles. I was told they were out of pickles, a few moments before I was told they were out of cookies. Their excuse was the time of night. I guess pickles arrive daily and there are only so many because it seemed like no one wanted to go to the storage to open a new container of pickles. I had requested deli mustard in place of chipotle mayo (BTW I got whole seed mustard instead). When the cashier told this to the impatient employee, she made a face like she was crossing her eyes. Maybe asking for something different is too much for her to understand, she was constipated or maybe she was just being rude and didn't care. After leaving and getting home, I'm even less impressed with the look of my sandwich. The photo looks NOTHING like what I received. Advertising should be as close to the actual look and size of a product. This is basically false advertising. $9.19 regular price is an insult for what I actually received. In all this was a complete disappointment of a visit. Schlotzskys has fallen so far from where...
Read moreFood is good. I just left. I ordered a $6 original. I asked for extra cheese which I always do. The guy taking my order tells me that since my $6 sandwich has 3 types of cheese it will be a dollar per cheese type, or $3 xtra for my $6 sandwich. Seriously extra cheese means whatever cheese is on it I get charged just the dollar. Not per type!!! I can afford it easily, but this is ridiculous. I just choose 1 of tge cheeses to put on took it and left rather than calling dude on it. Freaking seriously dude? What a joke dude. Xtra cheese is all encompassing on my sandwich. Making me choose is retarded. Im coming back cause I like the sandwiches I buy there. Check your customer service though cause xtra cheese doesnt mean your gonna it should cost half of your purchase for a damn...
