Very upset. Very disappointed, and concerned. I’m looking at my receipt for the “served by : 7928 “ sandwich maker, for Subway in Las Vegas on Pecos and Patrick Rd. who I kindly told them how I’d like my sandwich made. I walked in at 9:00pm looked her and smiled, nothing more than just showing respect. She works there and didn’t even smile back! I guess her phone texting was more important because then she told me to hold on for 7 seconds. But that’s normal, not being attentive to customers and being on your phone at your job site is normal in todays world? Fianlly after she asked what I wanted and so I told her the B.M.T. Please and when she asked on the “Ultimate B.M.T. “ for toppings. I actually had to verbally ask her to add more lettuce on the sandwich bread because if she didn’t then I basically would just be eating the bread scattered with a just few pieces of chopped leafs of lettuce 🥬 very sad, and unfortunate that we live in a world where people don’t have your best interest, a generous heart towards a customer or see you in a way where they see themselves being unwilling to want to carry out a genuine , meaningful and decent experience in an effort to make whatever you do matter and leave a positive impression on people. That’s not it, she literally gave me 5, 5 tiny little pieces of chopped black olives 🫒 when I asked her if I could please get a little more than that she told me “no that would be breaking the rules”. EVEN WHEN I STATED THAT I WOULD PAY EXTRA FOR EXTRA BLACK OLIVES. something is very wrong with the people in this Country. This person should be re-trailed on how to actually make a proper sandwich if not fired. Her gangster “rap” music in the back of the store wasn’t appealing much so either, since it was interfering with the stores general public’s enjoyment , easy listening music. I should of walked out when she said that she couldn’t add more toppings because what’s a $17.10 foot long supposed to look like to you? Let me ask you this, when you go to your favorite restaurant and tell them how you want it exactly how you describe, do you imagine in your mind - skimpy and without decency or was that just how I was treated. I will be calling corporate in due time to find how who this person is to...
Read moreABSOLUTE WORST SERVICE! A man and woman working @ 4:50 on 8/13/24. My children were waiting inside of the restaurant for over ten minutes when i arrived. I went inside to see what was taking so long. My son said they were preparing a big order in drive thru. Understandable. When they gave the woman her big order they began preparing and taking another order from the drive thru although my husband myself and my two teenagers were standing at the register. No one acknowledged us, no one said anything. So i asked if they were going to take our order or if i need to order on a app. The 'gentleman' said he makes orders as they come so i asked if he would take our order and he said who. I replied they are taking another drive through order and i was standing right here with my family and he isnt taking our order, he continued to get confrontational while trying to explain that he takes orders as they come but again refusing to take ours. Fed up my husband had us leave, he could tell this guy did not want our money in his store. This was the most odd and rude subway experience we've ever experienced. As a store manager myself i have terminated for this behavior. Employees are PAID to 'be nice', so even if you're not genuinely a good person, you need to do what you're paid to do. The worst part is this is right next to my son's new high school and as atheles they choose subway over other fast food. So we could've been their new daily customers, us and their peers, other del sol football players. We will never give tou another chance. Providing Customer Service is so basic, our society usually gives those jobs to CHILDREN. As an adult, you are either polite or a POS and those people are not polite. And everyone reviewing the spanish lady is absolutely correct. She's sounds polite taking orders for the drive thru but thats all. She told me to wait while she takes this order like my children weren’t already in the store, waiting. Everyone should just go to the Subway on Patrick and Pecos. 3395 E Tropicana Ave, Las Vegas, NV 89121. Much nicer people. Great...
Read moreBEWARE OF ORDERING ONLINE. I just signed up for the subway app, ordered my food thru their platform. When I go to pickup from this location they tell me someone else already took it. She calls the manager and explains (in Spanish) about how doordash already took my food. I didn’t even use doordash. They refused to remake my order and said contact corporate. They gave me a number for the manager, Jon, the same guy the employee was on the phone with. He tells me he just looked at the cameras and it was picked up, nothing he can do. They used my full name and basically accused me of trying to pull some scam. Then says they have me on camera from last week doing the same thing with the same name. I explain again that I JUST signed up for the app, how could I have ordered last week! He refused to give me corporate’s number and told me to go to the website for a dispute. Then tells me to cancel my order for a refund. I cannot cancel on subway app because the order is marked picked up. Seems like the workers are apart of some scam of ripping off doordash. After my husband calls Jon and threatens to get the cops involved (so we can see this so called camera footage) his attitude changed. I don’t appreciate being called a liar or a thief, especially when I was the one that rightfully got ripped off. He offered to remake our order, which we declined, I don’t need spit or pubes in my food after this ordeal. He says a refund instead, we’ll see if I ever see that money. Followed up with subway support and DMs thru twitter. 10/10 DO...
