Dairy Queen Store — Restaurant in Paragould

My family and I recently dined in at this location, and unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. Upon receiving my order, I discovered a hair in my wrap after just one bite. While I understand that accidents can happen, this is the third time we’ve encountered this issue at this location since January. My husband’s burger was very cold, almost as if it hadn’t been cooked thoroughly. When we brought these concerns to the counter, the staff simply stared without offering any apology or resolution, which was disheartening. Let me say that the food at DQ is acceptable and the service is good. The pricing is completely off the rails. I paid almost $9.00 for a quarter pound cheeseburger. Now, admittedly I didn’t ask for the breakdown in cost until I arrived at the window but I feel that the server should advise if something so small and basic is so exorbitantly overpriced. I certainly will never order any food item there again since this is nothing but price gouging. My wife likes their milkshakes so will buy that until they become more overpriced than they already are! Love this place with my every being. The people here are wonderful! The food here is so worth the wait especially the ice cream! The price is worth what you get unlike the other DQ stores but what makes this store special is that they are family owned and do better than the grill & chill places. They do things a little differently at this store so if you’re new or need help let them know! The atmosphere is even great and the people are friendly.
