Moe’s Original Bar B Que was founded by three Alabama boys: Ben Gilbert from Athens, Mike Fernandez from Tuscaloosa, and Jeff Kennedy from Huntsville. After meeting at the University of Alabama in Tuscaloosa, they instantly became friends and had a mutual interest in all things Southern: BBQ, blues, college football, and whisky.

In 1988, Mike hooked up with Moses Day in Tuscaloosa and began learning to fire roast meats. When Moses fired up his backyard barrel pit, everyone in T-Town knew where to go.

Loving the mountains, the guys eventually all landed in Vail, Colorado and refined the cooking skills they had learned over the years. By using fruit wood to smoke the meats fresh daily and hitting it with two sauces, they knew they had something special. I ordered two corn tortilla tacos with several items , one of which being shredded cheese. I got cojita cheese (think that's what it's called)I HATE that crumbled cheese. The shredded cheese was absent and they took the liberty of adding sour cream for some odd reason. I LOATHE sour cream. Lastly they gave me flour instead of corn, that wouldn't be the worst , but I couldn't eat the tacos!

I called GrubHub only for them to inform me that Moe's told them they won't remake it or give a refund because they made it right, which is infuriating enough but than GrubHub said they can't do anything about it, either.

Here's the kicker I forgot to add a soda so I called Moe's. They said they can't give it to me because it's a GrubHub order. Than when they screw the food up GrubHub said they can't help either.
