Do not go to this location. We had previous problems with this location and after a year I figured maybe they changed. Definitely is still a bad place. I went there last Monday for tacos and ordered to go and once I got to car I started to eat a taco and found it luke warm and dry as it had no taco sauce. I went back in without the tacos to just get packs of taco sauce and the employee rolled her eyes when I asked for taco sauce as she said they are out of taco sauce completely. I told her if I had known I would not have ordered and told her I'll bring them back in for a refund and she offered salsa and I agreed as there was a line. A customer behind me turned to leave as he heard the employee and my explanation and agreed with me. This place is horrible and I don't care if I wait numerous years. I'll never go back and warn others to run from this location.
Today was our second visit to this location. They say that they are re-opened and they even have signs on their doors stating that the dining room is opened from 7am to 10 pm, but it was closed both times so we went through the drive thru. We thought that the first time was a fluke but today's visit affirmed that this location keeps serving bad experiences. Today's visit, we ordered tacos, curly fries and jumbo jack. The tacos were cold and very stall, the curly fries were cold and tough, the jumbo jack was swimming in mayonnaise that the first bite the wife took, it was a literal mess. Run away from this location as we have never experienced such bad experiences from any other jack in the box. The reply you gave was callous, and showed clearly that you're not interested in customer relations. I had not been to Jack in the Box in over 20 years, and stopped by yesterday to see if the menu had changed. While the food was still good, and the service was fast, your reply showed how little concern you have for the customers. If you are a manager, shame on you. If you are some random server and have the job of answering the reviews on Google, then you should not be doing that job. Read moreI don't know if the associates or the door dasher that just dropped my order off was having a bad day but something somewhere is wrong. I would have done better digging in the trash can outside of Jack in the box, I'm certain I would have pulled out something that was safer to eat and feed to my 2 year old. Now if it had absolutely nothing to do with the store and the fault lies within doordash, yuck and the CEO of doordash needs to do an undercover boss episode. The company needs to increase the incentive and provide their dashers with some form of food allowance because the youngster that dropped my order off tonight is clearly hungry and missing meals.
