ONLINE SHOPPERS Buyers be aware of shopping online with this boutique. I found this shop on tiktok, purchased several thing online, I did receive tracking very quickly. Tracking number says it was delivered but I didn’t receive anything. I contacted merchant and USPS, USPS confirmed they messed up and misdelivered and was unable to locate. USPS said a claim with the merchant needed to be filed to retrieve funds, unfortunately the merchant didn’t have the proper insurance on my package based off the product value. I have tried for several days to file a claim and it says the tracking number isn’t eligible, mind you merchant can file a claim on the business side but hasn’t. I have tried to give time to get this resolved but merchant has basically placed it all on me to get it resolved but I am not USPS customer.
She did offer to refund the balance that wouldn’t get covered with USPS which I would of been fine with but I can’t even get a claim filed to cover what USPS should cover. I’d recommend to stick to in store shopping , not online. The customer service when it comes to order issues need to be handled better. IMO
*Edit to add as I can’t respond to her reply : She will always stay she is “so shocked to see this” , she is not .. she’s known the issues for two weeks and has done zero. She will also say has “bent over backwards”. She has literally done nothing but supposedly go to usps , attempt to call them. Same things I’ve done. She doesn’t have package protection on her packaging. A partial refund doesn’t come close to what my order was. And she is right as a business owner I would never make a customer feel the way she has made me feel. She has flat out accused me of actually getting the items when I haven’t, she has had numerous people stalk me including herself.
unfortunately, this is why you should always have shipping insurance because sometimes USPS UPS and FedEx mess up they’re not perfect.. but if you don’t, that doesn’t fall on the customer that falls on you as a business owner and some people need to take accountability. she also isn’t blocked as she was just emailing me the end of last week accusing me. “True colors vs social media is real.”
