I’ve been an extremely loyal customer to Harbor freight up until now, I went and purchased a pressure washer right before closing went to go use it and the pressure hose was ripped and broken and I could not use the pressure washer. I went back the next morning to return it and the Manager wouldn’t give me a full refund and they didn’t have anything in stock to exchange it with, They were trying to hold 20% of my refund for a “stock fee” even though that it was manufactured wrong. I felt it was wrong that I take the hit for that 20% therefore I will no longer be shopping at Harbor freight we spent thousands of dollars there every time we buy a truck and set it up, Really...
