Paris Brewing Company – The Best Spot in Town for Great Beer and Delicious Pizza

Paris Brewing Company has quickly become one of my favorite restaurants in town, and for good reason. From the moment you walk in, you can tell this place is run with care. There’s usually an owner at the front, personally greeting guests and ensuring every beer poured is just right. It’s that kind of attention to detail that sets this place apart.

What Makes It Great: Exceptional Beer Selection: Their in-house brews are top-notch, and they also offer a small but well-curated selection from other local breweries. Whether you’re into hoppy IPAs, smooth lagers, or rich stouts, they have something for everyone. Incredible Pizza: Their pizza is on another level—think a perfect blend of Neapolitan and Californian styles. The flavors are bold, the dough has a great texture, and the toppings are unique yet well-balanced. My personal favorite is the McGlasson pizza. Must-Try Shareable: If you’re looking for an appetizer, don’t skip the Pretzel—it’s soft, warm, and pairs perfectly with both the mustard and beer cheese (which I always get both of). Great Service & Atmosphere: The staff is always friendly and attentive, and the whole place has a relaxed yet energetic vibe. The pricing is also very reasonable for the quality they offer.

Rating: 5/5 – Paris Brewing Company nails it in every category: great beer, outstanding food, and top-tier service. Whether you’re stopping by for a casual drink or a full meal, it’s a place that...

I recently visited Paris Brewing Company and had an overall enjoyable experience. The atmosphere was lively and welcoming, which set the perfect backdrop for a casual outing. One highlight was definitely their beer selection—each brew I tried was excellent, showcasing a range of flavors that would appeal to any craft beer enthusiast.

However, I must mention that the crust on the pizza I ordered was a bit too burnt for my taste. Also, the lack of toppings on the Hawaiian pizza didn’t quite meet the high standards set by their impressive beer offerings. Despite this, the rest of the pizza was flavorful even with the lack of toppings, and it didn’t detract too much from the overall experience.

In conclusion, Paris Brewing Company is a great spot for beer lovers, and while there might be some room for improvement in the food department, it's certainly worth a visit for the drinks...

I was passing through town from out of state and wanted to pick up a growler or two. Knowing they closed at 3 PM, I rushed to get there in time. I arrived at 2:50 PM, only to find the sign on the door already said “Closed”—despite seeing several people standing inside. I opened the door and asked if they sold growlers, and they said yes—but refused to sell me one because they were “closed right now.”

All three people inside appeared to be employees, not customers, meaning they could have easily helped me but chose not to. To make matters worse, I had tried calling twice beforehand to confirm they were open and sold growlers, but no one answered the phone.

It’s frustrating to go out of my way to support a business, only to be turned away for no apparent good reason—especially when I was well within their posted hours. Poor customer service and a...

Marianna- a bit of sweet and bitter end German- bland Paris pale- slight hops bland finish Goldtimer- extra light flavor of barley Smash- very delightful flavor with bitterness Falcon azul- bland slight amber flavor Amazing graze pizza- one of the best pizzas ive had in the united states that actually taste authentically Italian. Freaking amazing pizza 👏 suggest adding pepperoni and extra cheese. My server (Kendall) was so sweet and very attentive. Having her as the face of your company when you walk through the door was very smart. I highly recommend trying this place out, the comfy feel and environment says it all. 1 suggestion would be to have a labeling of each beer in the flight in order

I stumbled randomly upon this brewery/pizzeria when on a short work trip last week, and had such a notably good pizza and beer combo - it definitely deserves a review. As far as pizza, I try as many as I can. And I sometimes worry that I have become too critical. But this place did it just right. The dough was especially delicious. My only regret was that the pizza and beer I did get were the only versions of each I ended up trying. I had the Sausage pizza with red onion and fresh basil, and the rotational stout. Both were stellar. And Aaron the brewer was very kind coming to chat. I would love to come back again and try some other stuff!
