Burger King — Restaurant in Park City

First time there. Went through the drive thru. A person started taking my order. When I replied with what I wanted. He didn't replay back to me. So I waited thinking he got busy or may not of heard me. In the mean time. A lady pulled up to the drive thru next to me. And the guy that was waiting on me started to take her order. After she was done. I started say hello quite a few time and never got a response. Had several cars behind me. Waited a couple of mins then pulled around to the front of the store and went inside. Which was a waste of time. Right off the bat started making excuses. No I'm sorry about that, what can we can we get you. Which that would have been great. Would have probably placed an order and that would have been that. But instead started with he tried to respond a couple of times blaming it on his headset. Said he has been having trouble with the mic. Which was strange because I could hear him fine. I ask. So you were just going to leave us sitting there. Then he replied well we don't have cameras back there, so he couldn't see what was going on. Which I didn't understand why that mattered when he tried to respond to me but said his equipment wasn't working. So if you know you are having trouble, do something about it. Just don't leave them hanging. Only when I was walking out frustrated with all the excuses, he finally ask if he could get me something. Will not be going back there...

At first I wasn't gonna write a review but everything about this is terrible. Wife and I ordered online so that way there's no mistakes (everytime we order in drive thru it gets messed up or missed) and had it delivered. We got the food about 45 minutes after we ordered so first off super cold. Secondly and I can't say this enough WE DIDNT GET ALL OF THE ORDERED FOOD typical here. Called the store and talked to the manager. He personally delivered the replacements (4 items)..... sounds nice right? I STILL WAS HANDED A BAG WITHOUT MY 3 ORDERS OF NUGGETS! So the workers can't listen at a drive through, can't read a damn ticket print off, and can't follow a 4 piece order over the phone. I eventually gave up and will take my losses over my nuggets. I fed my kids something different. Needless to say just go somewhere else honestly I've let it go for so long just cause the wife love BK over any other fast food. But every single time we go it's either messed up or missing. I'm in my 20s my empathy for min wage workers goes high. But Holy crap guys just fire the entire line and start...

Okay, time to give the new Burger King a review. I have been here several times since they opened. It is inside the Kwik Shop but they do have a drive-thru.

The service is getting much better. I have never had a wait time over 7 to 8 minutes. The last time I went, I was impressed because my food was ready and out to me a few seconds after paying.

Service has always been friendly.

The food... eh. It's Burger King. The whopper was sloppy and wasn't what I was expecting, not very desirable and over priced. The chicken sandwich was fairly good. The double bacon cheese burger was better than the whopper in my opinion.

Onion rings were not my favorite but edible. Same with mozzarella sticks - didn’t finish them. Cheesy...
