Cinnabon — Restaurant in Park City

Wanted a cold brew macchiato regular size they gave me a hot one and when I said I wanted it cold she went through ice in it with the cup still hot. I work out in the heat in this weather in the sunlight all day long if I had drank that coffee, I would end up in the hospital by the end of today Instead of making me a new one that was cold they rolled their eyes and kind of smirked and kind of laughed behind the counter at me as I tried to make my coffee colder and then I proceeded to throw it into a trashcan right in front of them and they didn’t say anything to me. I come back in and staff is joking and laughing about me. I run my own business and if I was in charge of the staff, I would immediately terminate those two people behind the counter. Will never even go into this gas...

Terrible service. Terrible coffee. When I ordered a mocha I was asked “you want that iced?” So I said no actually I wanted it hot and she said ok. She made our drinks and set them on the counter. I picked mine up and instantly realized it was cold but took a sip to be sure. It tasted like cold milk straight from the fridge. When I told her it was cold she said “yeah. It’s a latte so I had to add milk to it”. I said I know but she cut me off and said she can’t use the steamer. So I asked her if I could have it iced and she remade it (tasted terrible). SHE KNEW IT WAS IMPOSSIBLE TO MAKE ME A HOT DRINK AND LET ME ORDER A HOT DRINK. Then she served me a cold drink in a hot drink cup as if I wouldn’t notice....
