First I want to say that I’m glad that this place has new owners and has cleaned the place up I no longer feel scared for my life to go into here to get my quick on the go items. While the gas is cheap it does seem that I burn through it quicker and need more faster than if I would have gotten it else where. The day staff could benefit from some customer skill training whenever I go in there in the day time I’m greeted with the “ get your stuff and leave mentality “ while those on night shift seem to be more patient and friendly. The Jump Start off 53rd St North is the lousiest store of them all. The trash is always overflowing, the coffee and fountain counter is never stocked appropriately and the entire store is just generally in disarray. Additionally, the store attendants have a general “I don’t care attitude.” This review is not a single experience review. This is an accumulation of stops at this particular store where each time has been the same experience. In a prior time I stood at the counter while a two women, one the employer and the second a friend, recounted old times together. This went on until I had to interject and ask to be charged for fountain and gas I was waiting...

They need to make it easier to see the ethanol content of each grade of gas. The posted info isn't lined up in a way that makes it obvious and just seems like general info. Very misleading and I hope it doesn't mess up my car. Price was too good to be true. I spoke with other customers as I was getting my gas and we talked about ethanol content. Neither gentleman had any idead that we were getting 30 percent ethanol. My husband went by there and discovered it and I called to verify. Horrible business practices.
