I have been to other snarf's locations and easily 5 stars every-time. I decided to write a general review about the Parker location. They have gotten my order wrong significantly more times than they've gotten it right. I'd have to look through my orders, but I've probably order more than 20x. I love the other locations so I just keep hoping it is better now that it is not so new, and wish they would stop putting onions on my sandwich. It is a very strong flavor and even after taking them off I cannot enjoy the 18$ sandwich. The amount of food on the sandwiches is way less than other locations I've been to. At this price point, this should be the best sandwich available. And in castle rock it is! I am so disappointed in the Parker location and I was sooo excited for us to get a snarfs close by. I really wanted it to improve and I have checked the reviews frequently and I see all these empty promises on bad reviews like, we will do better and the sandwiches should be packed, but is someone actually changing the procedures to make these promises come true or is this just PR.    Read moreDelayed post but need to let the locals know how truly kind the manager and a staff member was on my arrival. Kudos to manager, Mark and his staff member Clint. They helped me figure out two delicious selections that my son and I enjoyed but more importantly, I discovered the next day my credit card was not in my wallet. Not only did they remember who I was when I called (my voice tends to be memorable I guess lol- east coast Jersey Girl) they were so kind and HAPPY I called as they said. They had my card and said accidentally the next customer wasnât paying attention and my card ran on their tab, was still in machine. I would not let them credit me, as they suggested. After all, they saved my card and a ton of grief. However, Mark still planned on crediting my card back on the sale. I said not necessary but he gave me a gift card in the amount charged anyway!    Read moreAvoid Parker location! I've given this location multiple chances. They are over priced and under deliver every time. Their social media and marketing pictures of their sandwiches are misleading. $60 for three loafs of bread is robbery. Check your sandwiches before you leave!
Update 1/6/25: Chain management reached out with apology and informed me that their training team will work with this location to make it right and ensure they provide what they're marketing. Also offer a $30 gift card or reward point for a couple free subs.
