Showed up a little after 8pm with the family. We're standing in line watching 5 people running around and not a single person acknowledged us. They were making about 8 pizzas that were called in. When they got to the 7th pizza, 1 person said they would help us in a minute.
Ordered our pizzas and I'm standing at the register to pay for our food and get drinks. Next thing I know, they're calling out that our first pizza is ready. The person acted really put off that they had to come over and actually take money for our food.
No parmesan, pepper or oregano was sitting out. When I asked for these items, they wouldn't even look up and pointed across the store to the place where these items should be. After the 3rd time I asked, they finally looked up and said, "Oh, well, we're closing soon so they put them up." Oh, well go get me some!
Afterwards, my kids wanted the "no name cake" at the register. So I go up there and the girl without looking at me said, "one sec" and started to fix another employee's time. I guess he forgot to clock in that day. Really? That is more important than taking care of the customer. I would understand if I walked up in the middle of this but she hadn't even started doing it yet.
After standing there a few minutes while they figure out his breaks, I just walked away and told the family that we would do this another time. It wasn't worth the wait. Sadly, the person at the register didn't even care that a customer walked away. They didn't even say a word!
Overall, the food is good but the customer service is horrible. I've been to other locations and had a much...
Read moreThis place used to be awesome but something has changed. I would avoid here. We will not go there anymore and have switched to the Smokey Hill location. Not sure if there is new management but the training and care that was there is now gone. The pizzas are sloppy and just thrown together. That use to be one of their distinction over the other styles of quick fire pizza. You could tell a Mod pizza from others by the consistency in the pizza and distribution of the toppings. Went there the other day to get my usual fix. When the pizza came out of the oven it was not cooked as I asked for it well done. I get a fair amount of toppings so I like it cooled so everything melts together and the crust is crisp. When I asked for it to be cooked more they were not sure ho to manage it. When I got my pizza back one of the pieces was thrown over the top of another piece and the bottom of the box. This was a total mess and the employee had no issue with handing me this pizza. So the care that used to be there is gone. This would never had happened a couple months ago. When I asked for my money back they then and only then she’d if I wanted it remade. If this would have happened before it would not have even been a question, it would have been remade with a sincere apology. I love Mod and there concept. Everyone we have visited has the same great training and product, except this one. If you love Mod you should avoid...
Read more11/21/24- Dropping my previous 4 star review down to 1 star. The guy they had working is super rude and they are not ADA friendly. Their line was moving super slowly and I made the mistake and leaned on their counter to take some of the pressure I was feeling from staning in their line for so long and he yelled at me. I have never had this happen at any other location or other place with a similar set up. After he yelled at me he was then super rude to my mom when he took her order. This guy should not be a front line staffer. Also if they don't want people leaning then they need to make changes to their line, speed up, or start doing table service. A restaurants set up should never give them the right to yell at someone with disabilities, or anyone for that matter. It's just rude.
Old: 4 stars. It's about average for a MOD. I was a little sad to see how small the mini pizzas have gotten and the price increase. When I first started eating at MOD the mini was only 3.99. This place also does not pile on the toppings like the others do. They also kept...
