This place is definetly expensive You can easily spend 400 plus for a family of 4. The bowling was fun. The thing I hate is that when you get a attraction pass not everything is always open! so it can be a rip off. Why?!? the pizza is ehh ok. It gave me and my son a stomach ache. I think becuase wayyy too much sauce. And we asked for toppings umm they definetly are greedy with the toppings. Like super greedy at first we were like wheres the pineapple?! The games are pretty good. Some give a lot of points some are like really bad. But I think thats any arcade. I would be back however it would be like once a year. We cannot afford that price. Call me crazy but I would bring a big purse and stick snacks! probly even sandwiches and eat outside š³
UPDATE OCTOBER 2024: how are you gonna 1 person in the rope course taking off and putting harnesses. I do not blame the guy its not his fault its the managers! we waited 30 mintues for him becuase he had to do Everything BY HIMSELF. No wonder people say 4 hours is not enough wait time is 2 hours total so leaves you two hours to do the rest. RIP OFF and then when you go on a day thats not but NOT EVERYTHING is open! So you get ripped off both ways. Just to get hooked up and rope course and hooked off took 50mins. On a weekday! Go karts took 1 whole hour again on person working. I bought a pass and did not get to use it in order to stand in line for my son. Wasted 40 for nothing. Theres a slick track and rookie track they have to take turns. I guess. My son who turned 7 spent his day here and HATED it. I dont blame him 1 hour for rope course and 1 hour to wait for go karts on a wedensday is bad. really bad. We wont be back here espically since of 7 year old requested it What really ticked us off was when there were 2 girls waited one hour to get on the go karts. And when they were about to go told him to get in the other line!!! the girls who were 12 wanted to cry. How can the employee see them standing there for 1 hour! and not tell them untill they got up to the entrance is that a joke!?! As a parent I would be LIVID. I swear teens are the worst employees. Also bowling was horrible we has for a pitcher of water and chips with queso it came at the END of our game and never got the water. I asked again for the pitcher and received a small cup. I went to the station got into the cabinets got a cup served my self water grabbed napkins you cannot serve a mountain of chips and small queso. that was the chip LEFTOVER queso was gone so we could not eat anymore. Since we were there for the first time, we have talked to cashier before purchasing any tickets. We advised her that we are with two toddlers and want attractions would be good for us. We ended up purchasing separate tickets to bowling, bumper boats and arcade games. We enjoyed everything and spent nice quality time. We have decided to go today again. First of all the line was so huge till the outside and only two people working under one ticket window. We have waited there 40 minutes just to get tickets. We bought unlimited pass as wanted to ride bumper boat several time. Then we have waited another 30 minutes in line just to get to ride bumper boats. When it was our time the employee stated that we can not go there with my toddler on the lap. I was confused, did they change their policy in a week?! Why everything was fine first time when we visited both with employees and cashier? Fine, if they have changed their policies why no cashier no employee seeing us with the our baby did not mention anything about that? They let us buy tickets, wait in line to get there and at the very end say that we canāt ride boats, even though we did It just a week ago! None of the managers even apologized for this situation, all they said is we will give you refund and you can leave. None of them even tried to fix the inconvenience. Itās not about money, itās about time we wasted there! We would not even drive there 30 minutes if we knew we canāt do anything with our kid. You guys should do better training of your personnel. Itās the worst experience I have ever had. Another employee in sales office told me it depends on the employeeās personal preferences if he/she would be willing to let you ride specific attraction. I was shocked by her words, so itās not about company policy anymore, but about specific employeeās personal feeling. She came up and I asked about the call being moved, but then also said we would order food in a bit after she told me to ask the folks at the counter to fix it (I hadnāt been able to look at menu yet due to trying to fix the lane issue). She came back within a few minutes despite the fact that I had to spend that time at the counter fixing the lane issue and when I came back she was waiting. I told her I didnāt get to look because I was fixing the lane issue. Never saw her again. Intent was to order 5 meals, a few appetizers, and 5 drinks. Also adult beverages for the two adults. My guess is $200 or over in cost. Since I typically leave at least 20% unless your just garbage this is a loss of a $40 tip and the additional revenue on food beyond the $270 I already spent on the bowling, laser tag, and game tokens for the three kids. Will not return again. Tried instead of Dave and busters to see force something new. Witnessed the lane next to me wait forever for their lane to get fixed too. The lane was packed full of balls when we got there also. So I feel like customer service is passive aggressive and the lane service is also garbage.
