EDIT 11/23 Hired a bunch of young people and service has deteriorated. I work at the hospital down the street and half of the docs I work with stopped coming here because of reasons similar to the following: Thanksgiving day, came to pick up a pre-ordered cake and some snacks. No line ahead of me and maybe one family in the cafe. All the noise was coming from behind the counter. One young man came to ring us up for our pastries and look for the cake. His supervisor retrieved our pre-ordered cake, but the young man forgot all about the flatbread he promised to warm for us and literally walked over to a young lady and played a super loud game of rock paper scissors. Like what... 😭 Poor girl handling the cashier next to me was getting swamped with takeaway orders and was straight up whimpering for help but no one (in this large group) was listening to her 😭 She better than me fr because I would've hung up my apron and walked out then and there. Pastries still taste okay, I presume because the baking staff is in the back working hard instead of playing games like the retail staff. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS TO TOURS LES JOUS 💵 ORIGINAL 4/30 [REDACTED] Paris Baguette, I love you, I adore you, would do anything for you 🤲🏼

I tried it out yesterday and the concept is so cool! The aesthetic is spot on inside and their offerings were really awesome. From normal croissants and cream filled pastries to mochi-nuts and cronuts! Lots of brunch like offerings and cake slices that looked amazing! Didn't try the coffee offerings yet but they serve lavazza. The prices stood out to me for being very affordable so that you can try a few items at once and not break the bank. Most of what I saw was about 2.79-5 per item. The employees were very kind and friendly. The to go bag is so sturdy I'm going to keep it lol and they offer online ordering where they put the order in little lockers! I tried the strawberry cream puff, this hash brown and ham filled pastry and the coffee cronut had surprise coffee filling! Like wow it's amazing. People are giving it unfair reviews for being out of items by 3pm, and the staff told me they are open until 9 but they haven't been open even for a week so try to get there early while they try to assess how much to make daily ☺️ sorry for the short novel but I was very impressed by the quality and taste and hope they continue to do well and keep up this quality!

Visited the store on the opening day. Quite a crowd even in mid-afternoon at around 2 and most of the pastries were about out. Ordered the blue cream cheese pastry, souffle cheesecake (as these were basically what's left) and a cup of cappuccino. The staffs were nice handing out cake samples. Most of the customers in queue grabbed whatever available from the shelves and were delighted there were still some to choose from. The ovens appeared all occupied, so probably the shelves would be replenished soon. The texture of the blue cream cheese pastry was crisp with buttery flaky layers; the taste of blueberry and cream cheese was balanced and not overly sweet. The souffle or Japanese cheesecake was moist, delicate and fluffy with a light citrus and cheese taste, once again, not overly sweet and quite refreshing. The cappuccino from Lavazza coffee beans retained its robusta taste, but was smooth, flavorful and well balanced, as expected. Overall, probably one of the best bakeries in town and was pleasantly surprised. Thumbs up! As the store opens at 7, will certainly visit earlier in the morning to try more pastries nest time.

First, I do not make complaints but I was so offended by the manager (who is not qualified) to call attention to this poorly run and overpriced establishment. This was a terrible experience because of the manager I spoke to on April 25, 2025. I was not rude. I visited the shop a day ago to purchase pastries for my daughter coming out of state. Today when I planned to give them to her they were hard and stale. I spent $55.00 on 14 small pastries. I called to speak to the manager. I could not hear her when I asked her name and asked her to repeat it, she said, “Your loss you didn’t hear me the first time”, then hung up on me. She was argumentative, rude, very unprofessional and a poor representative of the company. She kept insisting that the pastries are made freshly each day and anything left over at days end was disposed of. Another words, she said it was my fault that I didn’t consume the 14 pastries in one day. That is ridiculous. So before you purchase anything at this highly overpriced establishment that is poorly run, be advised that their product is not meant to be eaten a day later because it will not be any good. The manager made that clear in her argument to defend herself and when I asked her if she realized what she was saying she became even more rude and condescending. At the very least there should be signs posted that the product might be baked freshly today but will not be good or edible tomorrow. Spend your hard money somewhere else. This manager would not consider offering an apology and made very clear in her raised voice she, “wouldn’t offer...

We have been here many times before and enjoyed it however I don't see myself ever going back at this point. My wife went to purchase coffee and pastries for me on 07/30/2024 at around 10:00 AM, prior to this I had not eaten anything for approximately 16 hours due to returning from travel, being on an odd schedule, and then going to sleep. After consuming the hazelnut iced coffee and the cherry and cream cheese pastry from this location I came down with serious food poisoning. The store has always looked clean and I have not seen any other posts describing food poisoning so I was surprised that this store would ever be the source of food poisoning however all the evidence is pretty clear. All the food I ate 18 hours prior was also consumed by others who did not get sick. I had nothing between then and Paris Baguette and within a few hours of Paris Baguette I was sick. I also didn't have anything to eat after I consumed the Paris Baguette foods and before the symptoms arose. I guess I would like to know if others have called in or reported similar issues from that day as I would like to know if the source of the contaminated food was the coffee or the pastry and whether they have identified the source and addressed it for the future. I would love to go back if I knew this wasn't going to happen due to increasing training or practices. FWIW my wife did not get a coffee and got a strawberry cream pastry and did...

Updated review in response to business' response: The business values their employees' safety but not their customers' safety. By not contacting me to cancel my order, the business indicated that it was safe enough for me to go to their store to pick it up. The business has my email address and my phone number. They should have contacted me directly to inform me that they could not fulfill the order I placed and they accepted. It is not my or any customer's responsibility to check Google or Yelp before going to their store to make sure they are open during their standard business hours. Because they have my contact information, they should also be contacting me directly to remedy the situation. It is not my responsibility to contact the owner to seek a refund. The business' response to my recount of my experience further demonstrates their lack of professionalism and poor business practices.

Original review: I placed an order on 11/7/24 for pick up on 11/8/24. I arrived at the store on 11/8/24 to find a note on the store’s door that said they’re closed 11/8/24-11/9/24 with no explanation as to why. I received no email, text, or phone call that my order was delayed or cancelled. Thus, I felt I should be able to pick up with no issue. Aside from zero communication, they charged my card and didn’t fulfill my order. That’s stealing. Poor business...
