April, 2021 NOT IMPRESSED ANYMORE

We returned 2 Sleepys brand mattresses - started sagging in the middle. Bought 2 more Serta mattresses that were advertised as cooling. Nope. Called to see what my options were. Since so many AirBNB's had returned items (Winter for Summer and vice versa), Mattress Firm will no longer let you return a mattress if you are unhappy with it. The manager told me that he could get me a good price on a Gel/Hybrid mattress but that I should sell my old (new) one on Craigslist. Last night, I contacted Kevin on the phone. I was interested in purchasing Purple 3. I had visited other sites to become educated and had tried out the bed. Kevin was thorough, friendly, profession and generous. He wrote a "contract" that I would pick up the next day from Tommy. (Kevin was not working the next few days). I did, in fact, go to Mattress Firm at Crown Point, today. Tommy was equally thorough and very detail conscious, plus he made the transaction pleasant. I have confidence we will like our purchase. First my order was incorrect - on twin xl and a queen, so they had to re-order. Then ., the day before the second delivery attempt they called and said everything was on backorder and would be delivered 10 day later. A couple of days before the third delivery attempt i called to make sure everything was good to go and, of course, it wasn't. Went to the store to get a different mattress set and was "guaranteed" everything was in stock. On the day of delivery, no one showed up. Called the store again and the warehouse said I canceled the order, which of course I didn't. I will never do business with...
