Starbucks — Restaurant in Parker

I am a frequent customer of this location. Normally I place my order in the app and go through the drive thru to pick it up. Have had a few issues with missing items in the past but never rude staff until Sunday. Went through the drive thru with my whole family for Father's Day. The staff member taking orders rushed us so much we barely had time to look at the menu. My husband forgot to order one of our drinks and asked at the window to add it. They said we would have to go back through an entire line of cars behind us in order to add a tall summer refresher. Absolutely ridiculous when you are purchasing 7 food items and 4 drinks that you could not accommodate an extra drink, that we could not order due to being so rushed. Spending lots of money there to he treated this way on a special day for my husband no less. Customer service is garbage at...

Poor service. Skipping orders. Person making the Tea orders might be the slowest person working. Legit was skipping our drinks for customers ordering in the store. We placed our order online and the lady making the orders would only focus on in store orders.

I asked the person setting up the order why half my drinks where ready and the other half weren’t being made? She blew me off and gave me attitude back. Didn’t think it was a crime to ask why my order wasn’t completed after 20 mins of waiting.

Shamelessly, Starbucks sent me a link below that doesn’t help at all. I’ll be posting on more then just this site about how awful this Starbucks location is. Don’t waste your time ordering online, last 3 time have all taken...

This is a Starbucks and makes their drinks fine. I’m actually a bit triggered everyone says their drive through is amazing. It’s not. Atleast at 5:30-6am. If there’s 3 cars ahead of me, easily take 15 mins. So add more cars and it’ll take 20+ minutes. I will literally back out and leave if there’s cars anymore. And I’ll still sit 5 mins waiting at the window for my drink. I’ve been made late to work cause of waiting for this drive thru. Dunkin’ Donuts can have the same amount of cars and I’ll be waiting more than half the time and my drink is ready when I get to the window. At one point this was perfect for me to go to on my way to work and they’ve slowed down...
