Buffalo Wild Wings — Restaurant in Parkersburg

It was a Long Work Week, so i thought i would Treat My Wife for Supper at Buffalo Wild Wings, to Enjoy, Relax the Ambiance and Wing's at BDub's. We arrived there early evening, i would say there were at a quick glance 40 heads of customer's already seated, my wife and i were the only customer's standing waiting to be seated, within 1 Minute a Staff Member had took us to our table to be seated. Within 5 Minutes another Staff Member came to take our Order which was 20 Wings, Order of Fries and Onion Rings with 2 Cups of Water, which should have our Food Order within 20 to 30 Minutes time. As we waited we noticed the Couple that was seated across from us that was already there when we arrived did Not have there Food Order at that time nor did any other Tables down the Resturant have there Food yet. At the 20 Minute mark we still did not have our Food Order, but we did notice the Couple setting across from us there Waitress had came to them and stated some thing to them and the Gentleman said "Why is that" i really could not hear what Waitress was saying tho and she left the couples table but they did not have there food order. At the 30 Minute Mark we still did not have our Food Order, then at the 38 Minute Mark our Waitress came to our table and stated "There is a Delay, Due to a Party" i asked "How much longer till we get our Food Order to our table? Waitress replied said "Not much longer" and the waitress left, i mean gee it has been about wright at 40 minutes since took our order, this being a Friday Evening no matter Party or Not they should have customers orders to them in appropriate time span. At the 50 Minute Mark we still did Not have our Food Order, the couple across from us just had received there Food Order but there Waitress had to Return there Food Order back to Kitchen due there Food was Cold, oh Wow what is actually going on here. At the 53 Minute Mark our Waiter came to us a second time to tell us our Food Order should be out Shortly, really!! Shortly, what are we talking 5 minutes or more? Waiter said not sure but Shortly and left. At the 1 hour and 7 minute mark we Finally received our Food Order to our table, the Wing's, Fries and Onion Rings were all Hot so that was on Point, Food was Delicious it was all Prepared and Cooked Perfectly and was Correct Sauces and amount that we Ordered. Now, i can not down the Server/Waiter, the person was only doing there job and telling customers what there being told, Nor can i down the Taste of the Food it was All Good, but what i can say is that it Should Not ever taken BDub's 1 hour or more for Customer's to receive there Orders to there Tables no matter if there is a Party going on (Which we did not see any large crowd of a party by looking around, nor while we was up through out the hour going to get our own refills of water did not see or hear a party going on) so i am very Skeptical about if there was a Party or Not or was something being told to customers just out of the blue. My prospective on this matter is, either BDub's did not have enough Cooks Working to support the Friday Evening Customer's or Some Major Commercial Appliance Problems was going on. We still left the Server/Waiter a Large Tip tho was not there Fault at all, plus was Kind and Nice, our order came to $40.

Note: We will "NOT be Returning" to BDub's any time soon, 1 hour plus wait for food is Unacceptable!! it would be way better off going to "Wing's Etc / Pizza Hut to get Order Wings in a reasonable time, I think BDub's Corp should do a Shakeup on Management at this location cause know matter what this all trickles back to the head manager for letting this happen, Plus not long ago they just went thru a remodel on outside, what they should had done was get a better Management Team! my opinion, i think this Business is headed for Closure,...

Myself and my party of five went to budubs again tonight for the 3rd time and had yet again an awful experience. After waiting 30 minutes to be seated and not being treated by anyone a man appeared and said he had a table for us. We sat waited another 30 minutes without the appearance of a waitress a manager a buss boy no one. Finally after not recieving even our drinks I put on my coat and started to leave. Only at this point the waitress named Brittany or marie? Not sure as she only offered her name after an awkward stare (young tall blond girl?) asked us what we would have to drink. I told her we were getting ready to leave and she said that was fine. I then told her it had been almost an hour total of waiting and 30 minutes alone at the table with nothing. She the waitress then exclaimed “I don’t know if you realize that I had several tables up front along with closing out 2 tables and so forth” she then simply stared at me. No apology when she arrived at the table nothing when I explained the problem. I feel that I was calm and miles toned. Understanding it was a Friday night and simply could not believe she was the only waitress there along with the fact my table had watched her serve several tables that had arrived after us prior to arriving at our table. This is not surprising as it has become a trend at this restaurant and without a manager in sight I told her we would be leaving. She said she was sorry but that was fine and walked off. What a shame. I have been a patron of this Bdubs for 15 years and the downhill spiral of its quality and customer service means I will not longer be a patron. Please right the ship this is unacceptable to...

5-28-24 Let me start out by saying that I haven't ate at the Parkersburg BWW's in YEARS, not since they posted on their door that no concealed carry allowed on premises. (That's just been a personal preference for myself, if they can't support my constitutional rights, why should my money support their business.) But thats a totally different subject. My stepson graduated middle school this evening and BWWs is where he chose for his graduation dinner so I agreed to it. Let me start off by saying Hannah, our waitress was great! She was very tentative, polite, and friendly... Constantly checking on our drink situation. What got me fired up was the fact that they only had six tables in the whole restaurant that were seated, plus whoever may have been out on the patio. Now I understand if the place was packed and busy taking 35-40 mins to get out food, but like I stated it was pretty dead in there. After the 35-40 min wait our food finally came out and my stepsons was fine he said, but both my and her wings and our order of onion rings were lukewarm at best. After waiting that long they should have been piping hot! We told our waitress that we knew it was not her fault, but explained our displeasure with the tepid food temperature. She asked if we wanted them remade but we were starving by this point (9pm) and didn't want to wait any longer so we told her we just eat them as is, just wanted to make her aware of the problem. She did take off the price of one order of wings off the bill, but long story short if it's up to me, it'll be years before I set foot back in there again! Plenty of other places in town with...
