Went there tonight and it was super busy so I will give the crew the benefit of the doubt and give 3 stars. We ordered a medium blizzard and were told they don't have the kind we ordered. When I asked if they had certain ingredients they said yes and agreed to make the blizzard but charge extra which was fine. I didn't care. Got to the window and we were given a small instead of a medium. When I asked about it the girl working the window took attitude with me and took the cup back in and said she would have it remade. She gives us a medium cup back that wasn't full. As we pull away we realize that they had to have just used the small we had been given and added more ice cream to it but no additional toppings to make up for the size difference. The blizzard was basically a cup of vanilla ice cream. I was not going to sit in line again to say something about it after having waited almost 45 minutes to begin with. I understand that when it is busy orders can sometimes be incorrect. It's not ideal but it happens. However, the attitude and the poor quality of the "corrected" product was not needed. Read moreSo on a spring break trip with about 25 other people we voted to come here, we normally love DQ and expect a decent quality. However this was not the case today at this location. When we walked in the door we were greeted with a fake smile and rolled eyes. This was just the start. Insteed of "How can I take your order" I got "Your all just getting ice cream right?" When I told her no a lady in the kitchen yelled "Its gunna be a while" after being told that already. She then threw a metal pan into the sink with aggression. Then came the wait, I was the first to order and it took over 10 minutes to get. After that I sat down and somewhat enjoyed the mediocrity of the food and shake I got.
I personaly work a job in fast food and I can't imagine I'd still have a job after that, I have had similar experiences at my work and we just smiled our way through it then complained later. In our group 3 members got hair in their food. It seems overall Tiffany and her workers could benefit from finding a job in another field of work, it appears that they are not suited for fast food. Read moreArrived 10 minutes before closing time, was greeted with, "Geez, we will never get out of here on time." Employees hung out in the back, visibly not doing much, with one employee sitting in a booth, talking with her ride that was there to pick her up. Then an employee very rudely informed us that he was not able to wait on us because they were closing in 2 minutes. When I stated that we were there before closing time and since we had been standing there for awhile, waiting, that it was good business to take care of his customers, he became mouthy. When I informed him that I would be calling his manager, he proceeded to just say, "Go ahead, he didn't care." We finally left and we will never be back!! This has not been our first bad experience with this DQ. Employees are very slow, are never friendly and hardly ever get our food right. If this manager cares about their store, they should consider hiring pleasant employees who actually know how to treat the public and who actually...
