The employees here really seem to care about the quality of the food they are making. This is reflected in what I have observed to be the lowest rate of drive-thru order mix ups, forgotten items, or incorrect custom sandwich ingredients. What I'm saying is that I rarely have to waste time parking and running inside or going through the drive through again. ( 99% of the time I would just go inside. ) Which is probably why in the mornings the dual lane drive-thru can have anywhere from, (including the person ordering), 3 to 5 cars in each lane waiting to order.
TIP! For breakfast, order a sausage burrito and be sure to order it WITHOUT CHEESE. It's a MUCH better item when it's not being cheese-boarded by McDonald's employees like it owes them money. If you have a convection oven at home buy a few extra, ( no cheese of course ), home with you. Unwrap one and using a sharp knife cut it open with a capital I incision being careful not to cut it all the way through. ( Leave the bottom of the tortilla wrap uncut. You're really just cutting in such a way as to be able to open up the sides of the tortilla. Looking a little like the top of a space shuttle when the payload doors are opened up. Try to make those freshly opened sides lay flat. If you can't don't worry, the heat that's coming up next will help them to lay down. Next part is up to your preference. I will sometimes use tin foil to help support the food and sometimes I will place them directly on top of the metal grate of the convection oven and the grate itself 60%-65% up from the bottom. Start baking by setting the temperature to around 300-350°F for a few minutes. Allowing them to warm up. After a total of 7 minutes plus or minus. ( Look and listen for sizzling pieces of sausage. )Finish up by cranking up the heat or switching to "Toast" mode. Please stay with the food from this point on. It's very easy for it to burn. ( Adjust as needed for best results. Which is a crispy golden brown tortilla with simmering sausage. The tortilla should be able to support the filling as you eat without sagging. If you burn it then you are cooking too hot and fast. ) and on the "broil" setting or whatever it might be called on your own little convection oven. You'll start smelling something amazing around 5 minutes in. Usually 10 to 15 minutes cooking is right but the length depends on your convection oven. Spread your Picanté sauce over the creation in front of you and enjoy. It tastes completely different and IMHO is just amazing. Experiment to get things just...

Read moreWent in there to get some lunch for me and my kids yesterday and I saw the most rudest interactions with I think it was a manager and a young girl. She was yelling at the girl for saying something I couldn’t really hear what was being said. The girl said something of the words I won’t do it sorry something like that and the woman starts yelling at her again like two minutes later when she started doing her job again. The girl ended up crying. She handed off my food and I’ve seen her a couple times. She looks like a nice young girl and has some manners unlike this woman. Absolutely atrocious and mean. The girl ended up crying and said she was leaving. People need to learn respect!!!especially to their teenage workers!!!and this is not the first time I’ve seen this woman be rude!! Need to find out her name so she can...
