Response to Conrad's reply: I am shocked that you would lie for your RUDE server! What you have written did NOT happen. I asked for broiled tuna and BEFORE I could finish my statement, she turned away, and grabbed the entire chunk! The turn that you saw, looking over her shoulder at me, was NOT her confirming my order, it was her snapping at me. "I am aware!" When I asked her what she is doing and that I did NOT ask for all of that. She never asked me how much, nor held the meet to demonstrate how much, and I NEVER asked for a half pound. To keep the pace because I refused to stoop to her level, I She was so nasty the entire interaction that the woman standing behind me was taken aback, but I refused to stoop to her level. So, your camera should show her cutting the tuna in half! Again, she never asked me how much, as the sales people normally do, and when I told her it was too much, she stared me down with more attitude and said you asked for a pound! I responded that I asked for it to be broiled in as pleasant of a voice as I could muster while this young lady talked to me like she did NOT want to be bothered! Then, to keep the peace, I just told her to cut what she had in half, and she turned with more attitude and measured with her hand. She was rude the entire exchange, and I did not feel like arguing. She was nasty when ai told her I was a rewards member, and she made me wait to order the shrimp taco that wasn't anything but shrimp in a softshell taco. Maybe this is why she felt so comfortable being rude and irritable because she knew you would lie for her. Since loyal customer feedback is NOT important to you, I will cease to be a loyal customer. Furthermore, if that young lady keeps being nasty, she is going to run into someone who is going to match her energy! So, unless your video has clear audio, which it clearly does NOT, or else you wouldn't have written your bogus response, you should NEVER tell a customer what was said to him or her, as most people have no reason to lie. Finally, it is also RUDE to put a sign on the door telling people to wait in their cars! We have always waited in the store, and how would your people even know which car to bring the food the to? Some of them get confused when we are standing in the store!

I was served by the rudest tall, blonde, caucasion with a pony tail) sales lady today. She was rude from the time I approached the register, walking away without listening to my order and repeatedly snapping at me as she cut the fish without asking me how much, then she tried to tell me that I asked for a pound. I did not react to her, but it will be a while before I return. Very disappointed that they are hiring such rude young ladies!

Update: I am a regular now, and I like their rewards card. I also like the helpfulness of the staff (which has greatly improved since my first visit), especially about my rewards. However, my broiled lump crab cakes were awful! They were undercooked, and I would prefer a cup of cocktail sauce, which I was not offered. Not everyone wants tarter sauce. The fish and chips should also have a healthier substitute for french fries, which get cold rather quickly.

I came here for the first time today. Though they had plenty of people working, no one greeted us upon entry. Then, I stepped to the register and explained that this was my first visit, and the young lady just looked at me, rather than explain how things go. I moved to look around and had to wait another several minutes before a guy asked me if I had been helped and took my order. I also watched as the same thing was done to other waiting customers. The employees were more engaged in their conversations with each other and other tasks. All of the employees seemed to be asking the same guy all of the questions, and he was very friendly to all. He told me that they charge $2 per pound to cook fish, which I thought was high, but paid anyway. Their deviled eggs, two for $1.25 was ok. They also sell alcohol: wine, beer,...

I have had the chance to view Conrads from different situations. Employee lunch Personal Dining in (crabs) All you can eat

At Employee lunch was able to try various appetizers and was not impressed. The crab dip/pretzels is more like a dip and bead chip very crunchy 3/10. Crab fries were lack luster 2/10. Tried the shrimp taco at two locations. Mainly because, I forgot I did not like them at the other location. Bland and shrimp has a funny taste. And love tacos! For lunch I had the Baltimore Clipper and I give that a 8/10.

Personal Dining crabs are great! 9.5/10 We ordered medium and they were delicious. One time they came with corn. Service was great the first time the 2nd time was not as attentive. I mention it because it troublesome when your waiter is unavailable when the place is not busy. It makes me wonder how service is when is busy. But I will say the supporting staff was helpful and kind if we asked for help when they were walking by. 10/10 for supporting staff! Not judging waiter based on one visit with her

All you can eat: They don't give out normal popcorn with seating Crab Soup-similar to a Campbell's vegetable soup with crab pieces! Nothing to rave about, but edible 4/10 Potatoe Salad 5/10 Mac and Cheese- I didn't try but a family member said it was decent Fried Chicken-I did not try but family member said it was dry probably was sitting and waiting till 5pm Watermelon it was watermelon Crabs were small and a few medium males. Huge difference from personal dining. The crab meat was mushy or hard mostly. There are many good pieces, but big difference. You can't do left overs not even corn. Nice experience...

On February 28,2025 l backed my truck in the parking lot on the side where they have loose seashells l Went inside picked up my crabs l went to put the crabs in the trunk of my truck l stepped up on the sidewalk put he crabs inside and when l stepped off the sidewalk the shell must have dropped on the ground without me noticing and l stepped off the sidewalk and went down to the ground a shell rocked my foot and it popped. 2 people witnessed and helped me up and they went inside to let the manager be aware. Someone took pictures of the shells that fell from the sidewalk. It took the manager 25 minutes to come outside because l observed the person sweeping and informed him . The one witness brought my ice from inside.the manager came outside and said he was busy with customers and told me he had to get the owner at that time the owner took another 25 minutes to come outside took down my information and just started since he owned this place no one ever fell… l couldn’t understand what that statement was made for.. told me he would replace my crabs from what l purchased to only give me a large dozen of crabs . I was just hoping that there insurance would at least cover my hospital bill due to my foot being fractured and that l have to stay off of it for 2 months . I was told they were not liable..but because l was a customer for years . They would have had some compassion.. thank GOD l am Retired and have health insurance.. I was asked what could they do better l said remove the seashells to avoid someone else from being injured. I was told they will not remove the seashells. Never received a call from the owner to see how l was doing ....

We are amazed of the amount of crabs in a bushel. We actually love the female ones. Taste so good. The seasoning compliments the flavor. We enjoyed eating it at home. And brought some back to Toronto.

Unfortunately, my experience at the food truck was not so favorable. Yesterday was my first visit, and I ordered a crispy chicken sandwich, a shrimp Poboy, and some crab egg rolls. As someone who cooks frequently and has basic culinary knowledge, I was disappointed to find that the chicken was overcooked and lacked seasoning. The meat was tough, and my gums were hurting throughout the night. Additionally, the crab egg rolls were more like creamy Phil egg rolls and didn't taste like crab at all. The shrimp were also overcooked and tough. I want to clarify that I'm not sharing this review to discourage others from eating there, but rather to express my extreme displeasure. Shortly after eating, I unfortunately developed a stomach virus. Due to this negative experience, I will not be returning. On a positive note, the customer service was of high quality. Despite having only two workers, they did their best to serve food in a timely manner. Considering the potential high volume of customers, it's commendable that they prioritized quality over quantity. I also asked three of my coworkers for their opinions, and they shared similar unfavorable experiences.
